Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Կարեն Կարապետյանի երեսով տվեց ՀՀԿ-ականների հայտարարությունները

Չնայած Սերժ Սարգսյանի եւ ԱԺ Հանրապետական խմբակցության միջեւ հանդիպումից հետո հայտարարություն տարածվեց, թե վերջիններս պատրաստ են առանց նախապայմանների բանակցություններ անցկացնել, սակայն երեկ վարչապետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Կարեն Կարապետյանը հերթական անգամ մերժեց ,Իմ քայլըե նախաձեռնության առաջնորդ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից արված բանակցելու հրավերը: Սա արդեն երկրորդ չկայացած հանդիպումն է. Կարապետյանի հետ նախորդ հանդիպումը պետք է կայանար ապրիլի 25-ին, սակայն վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարը վերջին պահին հրաժարվեց հանդիպումից: Երկու դեպքում էլ պատճառաբանությունները միանման էին:

«Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հերթական հրավերը նախորդից պրակտիկորեն չի տարբերվում, բացի նրանից, որ այս անգամ չի թելադրում, թե ում հետ պետք է գալ բանակցությունների: Կարեն Կարապետյանի պատասխանը նույնն է, ինչ նախորդ անգամ: Բանակցությունները, որտեղ մի կողմը բացառապես թելադրում է օրակարգ, իսկ մյուսը չի կարող օրակարգ ներկայացնել, չեն կարող համարվել բանակցություններ», – նշված է վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարի խոսնակի հայտարարության մեջ:

Եվ չնայած դրան` Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նախատեսված ժամին նախատեսված վայրում էր, սակայն նրա կողքին դրված աթոռը զբաղեցրեց ոչ թե Կարեն Կարապետյանը, այլ Փաշինյանի ուսապարկը: Նախապես ծրագրված Կարապետյան-Փաշինյան հանդիպումը վերածվեց վերջինիս մամուլի ասուլիսին: «Կարապետյանը չներկայացավ բանակցության, քանի որ վստահ չէ իր բանակցային ուժերին, իսկ եթե այդպես է իր հայրենիքի ներսում, ապա ինչպե՞ս է նա պատրաստվում բանակցել դրսում՝ Արցախի շուրջ», – ասուլիսի ժամանակ հայտարարեց Փաշինյանը: Համաձայնեք` իր այս հայտարարությամբ Փաշինյանը, շախմատային լեզվով ասած, «մատ արեց» Կարապետյանին` ըստ էության հաստատելով մինչեւ հիմա ՀՀԿ-ականների պնդումները, թե ոչ վաղ անցյալում ինչու են Սերժ Սարգսյանին գերադասում Կարեն Կարապետյանից: Բոլորս ենք հիշում, որ ՀՀԿ գործիչները հենց այս փաստարկն էին օգտագործում, երբ հիմնավորում էին՝ ինչու խորհրդարանական Հայաստանում Կարապետյանը չի կարող զբաղեցնել վարչապետի պաշտոնը. նրանք շեշտում էին, որ Կարապետյանը չի կարող ԼՂ խնդրում բանակցել` ըստ արժանվույնս ներկայացնելով ՀՀ շահերը, չի կարող լինել անվտանգության երաշխավոր: Եթե ընդամենը մեկ ամիս առաջ Սերժ Սարգսյանն անփոխարինելի էր եւ հենց Արցախի հարցում, ապա այսօր նրան ըստ էության չեն կարող համարժեք լինել ո՛չ Կարեն Կարապետյանը եւ ո՛չ էլ ՀՀԿ այլ գործիչ:
