Սրանից հետո ժողովուրդն է իշխանության տերն ու տնօրենը. Փաշինյանը՝ դիլիջանցիներին

Այսօր մեկնարկել է ԱԺ «Ելք» խմբակցության պատգամավոր, «Քայլ արա» նախաձեռնության առաջնորդ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի նախաձեռնած ավտոերթը դեպի Իջևան: Ճանապարհին նա կանգ է առնում տարբեր բնակավայրերի մոտ, ողջունում մարդկանց ու կոչ անում էլ ավելի միասնական լինել:

Քիչ առաջ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ավտոշարասյունը կանգ առավ Դիլիջանում: Դիլիջանցիները նրան դիմավորեցին աղ ու հացով, զուռնա-դհոլով, «Նիկոլ վարչապետ» բացականչություններով:

«Ժողովուրդ ջան, ուզում եմ մի բան հստակ արձանագրեք, որ այս հաղթանակը կերտել է Ձեզանից յուրաքանչյուրը»,- դիմելով դիլիջանցիներին ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ սա ժողովրդի հաղթանակն է և Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում այլևս հաստատված է ժողովրդի իշխանություն. «Սրանից հետո այլ կերպ երբեք չի լինելու: Ժողովրդին է պատկանում իշխանությունը և ժողովուրդն է իշխանության տերն ու տնօրենը: Վարչապետը, կառավարությունը, մնացած պաշտոնյաները ծառայում են և պիտի ծառայեն ժողովրդին, իսկ ով չի կարողանում կամ չի ուզում ծառայել, ապա պետք է ազատեն կառավարական կաբինետներն ու պաշտոնները»:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը քաղաքացիներին հորդորեց, որ տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմիններից ստորագրություն պահանջեն ժողովրդավարական շարժմանը միանալու մասին:

«Այսինքն՝ տեղական ինքնակառավարման բոլոր մարմիններից ակնկալում եմ, որ առաջիկա մեկ-երկու օրերին ընդունեն հայտարարություններ, որ իրենք անվերապահորեն աջակցում են համաժողովրդական շարժմանը և միանում են շարժմանը: Մեզ այսօր տարբեր կերպ խաբար են ուղարկում, զանգում են, բայց մեզ համար քաղաքականությունը հրապարակային պրոցես է, դրա համար կոչ եմ անում մեկ-երկու օրվա ընթացքում ընդունել հայտարարություն և հրապարակել մամուլում: Սա է ճիշտ ճանապարհը: Հայաստանը դառնալու է ամենածաղկուն երկրներից մեկը աշխարհում և Դիլիջանը դառնալու է աշխարհի ամենածաղկուն քաղաքներից մեկը»,-նշեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
