Ճիշտ չի լինի, որ ՀՀԿ-ն հանդես գա սեփական թեկնածուով. ՀՀԿ-կան պատգամավոր Կարեն Կարապետյան

Երկրում ստեղծված իրավիճակի և մայիսի 1-ին ԱԺ-ում կայանալիք վարչապետի ընտրությունների վերաբերյալ իր մոտեցումները ճշտելու նպատակով «1in.am»-ը զրուցել է ՀՀ ԱԺ ՀՀԿ-ական պատգամավոր Կարեն Կարապետյանի հետ: Այն ներկայացնում ենք մասնակի.

Պարոն Կարապետյան, երեքշաբթի կայանալիք վարչապետի ընտրություններում Դուք քվեարկելո՞ւ եք արդյոք վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Կարեն Կարապետյանի օգտին:

Իսկ ՀՀԿ-ն երբ է թեկնածու առաջադրել, որ ես հիմա ասեմ՝ քվեարկելու եմ, թե ոչ:

Բայց ունենալո՞ւ է սեփական թեկնածու, և եթե այո, ապա ո՞վ է լինելու՝ արդյոք հենց Կարեն Կարապետյանը:

Չեմ կարող ասել՝ առաջադրելու է, թե ոչ: Սակայն իմ կարծիքով՝ ստեղծված իրավիճակում ճիշտ չի լինի, որ ՀՀԿ-ն հանդես գա սեփական թեկնածուով: Նոր իրողությունների պայմաններում ՀՀԿ-ն չի կարողանա արդյունավետ կառավարել: Այսքան տարի իշխում է ՀՀԿ-ն, և այդ տարիների հետևանքն են նաև հասարակական ընդվզումները: Կուտակված անարդարությունները, կոռուպցիան և այլ արատավոր երևույթները, որոնց մասին բազմիցս բարձրաձայնել եմ (լինելով այդ կուսակցության անդամ), հանգեցրել են այն վիճակին, ինչ ունենք այժմ: Ինչ վերաբերում է վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Կարեն Կարապետյանին, ում անունը շրջանառվում է որպես ՀՀԿ-ի կողմից հավանական թեկնածու, ապա նա շատ խելացի մարդ է, և կարծում եմ՝ իշխանության մնալու համար չի գնա հակասական դաշտում ընտրությունների: Եթե գնաց, ապա կսխալվի, եթե գնաց, ուրեմն այսքան տարի ես իրեն լավ չեմ ճանաչել:

Ձեր կարծիքով, հիմա կա՞ ճգնաժամ:

Ճգնաժամն ուղղակի ակնհայտ է: Բայց դրա հաղթահարման համար ընդամենը պետք է բոլոր կողմերը լինեն խոհեմ ու հավասարակշռված, չգնան արկածախնդրությունների: Դրա համար եմ ասում, որ նորից ՀՀԿ-ականի ընտրվելով խնդիրները չեն կարգավորվի: Առաջնային պետք է լինեն երկրում կայունությունը, հնարավոր մարտահրավերներին ու վտանգներին դիմակայելու իմունիտետը պահպանելն ու առկա ճգնաժամը բացառապես սահմանադրական ճանապարհով կարգավորելու ընկալումը: Այս ամենը գիտակցելով էր, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանը հրաժարական ներկայացրեց: Սա պետք է գիտակցի նաև յուրաքանչյուր ՀՀԿ-ական: Եվ նորից եմ ասում. ճանաչելով Կարեն Կարապետյանին՝ կարծում եմ՝ իր համար իշխանությունը ինքնանպատակ չի եղել և չի լինի:

Լավ, այդ դեպքում՝ սահմանադրական ճանապարհով լուծումը ո՞րն է:

Պետք է հաշվի նստել հեղափոխական առկա վիճակի հետ: Խորհրդարանական խմբակցություններից շարժման մասնակիցները «Ելք» և «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքներն են, ուրեմն թեկնածուն կամ թեկնածուները պետք է լինի իրենցից: Իսկ ՀՀԿ-ն ուղղակի պիտի իր դիրքորոշումն արտահայտի:

Շատ են խոսում այս օրերին Ձեր եղբոր՝ Սամվել Կարապետյանի դերակատարության, տարբեր հանդիպումների մասին…

Նախ, պետք է նշեմ, որ Սամվել Կարապետյանը հրավիրված է եղել մասնակցելու Հայոց Ցեղասպանության զոհերի հիշատակման արարողություններին: Եվ երկրորդ՝ Սամվել Կարապետյանի մոտեցումները երբեք անձնավորված չեն եղել: Իր և ընդհանրապես մեր ընտանիքի համար համար առաջնայինը երկրի կայնությունն ու հավասարակշռությունն են: Այդպես եղել է միշտ, այդպես է հիմա, այդպես լինելու է այսուհետ ևս: Իսկ տարաբնույթ շահարկումները ներկայիս հուզական վիճակի արտացոլանքն են, որոնք ժամանակի ընթացքում կհանդարտվեն:
