Ով էլ որ գա իշխանության, Ռուսաստանին պետք է ենթարկվի. Փախչելու տեղ չունեք

Ռուս քաղաքական վերլուծաբան Ֆյոդոր Լուկիանովը «168 Ժամի» հետ զրույցում անդրադառնալով Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցող իրադարձությունների վերաբերյալ ռուսական պաշտոնական արձագանքներին՝ ասաց, որ ռուսական բոլոր անդրադարձներում կարմիր թելով անցնում էր այն դիրքորոշումը, որ Ռուսաստանը չի միջամտում Հայաստանի ներքաղաքական խնդիրներին:

Ըստ նրա, այդ թեմաներն այնքան են քննարկվել Ռուսաստանի գործընկեր երկրներում, որ Ռուսաստանը հրապարակային ցուցադրում է, որ չի միջամտում ու կաշխատի ցանկացած ուժի հետ, որին կընտրի հայ ժողովուրդը:

«Վերջին մի քանի տարիների ընթացքում Հայաստանում անցկացվող բոլոր ակցիաների ընթացքում նկատվում էր դժգոհություն Ռուսաստանից, Ռուսաստանին մեղադրում էին Հայաստանի ներքին գործերին միջամտելու, հայ ժողովրդին չհարգելու մեջ:

Ռուսաստանը հրապարակային ցույց է տալիս, որ հարգում է հայ ժողովրդի որոշումը և մեծ հաճույքով կաշխատի ցանկացածի հետ»,- ասաց Լուկիանովը:

Ռուսական կողմի ակնհայտ անհանգստության բացակայությունը ռուս քաղաքագետը բացատրեց նրանով, որ Ռուսաստանը վստահ է, որ Հայաստանը «փախչելու տեղ չունի», իսկ Ռուսաստանին միայն հետաքրքիր են հայ-ռուսական սերտ հարաբերությունները, դրանց պահպանումը, իսկ թե ով դա կիրականացնի՝ այնքան էլ էական չէ:

«Ով էլ որ գա իշխանության, Ռուսաստանի հետ պետք է աշխատի, փախչելու տեղ չունի: Հայաստանը գտնվում է թշնամական հարևանության մեջ, և միակ անվտանգության երաշխավորը Ռուսաստանն է, որն իր վրա մեծ պարտավորություններ է ստանձնել: Որևէ գերտերություն Հայաստանի համար նման մեծ քայլեր չի անի: Սա է Ռուսաստանի հանգստության բանալին»,- ասաց Լուկիանովը: Նա նկատեց, որ ՌԴ իշխանություններն արդյունավետ համագործակցություն են ունեցել Սերժ Սարգսյանի իշխանության հետ, գոհ են եղել այդ համագործակցությունից:

«Բայց այդ իշխանությունը, փաստորեն, հայ ժողովրդի սրտով չէր, ուստի Ռուսաստանը պետք է դրա հետ հաշվի նստի, որը և անում է»,- ասաց նա:

Ռուս քաղաքագետը կարծում է, որ Հայաստանում ներքաղաքական փոփոխություններից հետո հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները կպահպանեն իրենց ներկայիս դինամիկան, քանի որ Հայաստանի համար Ռուսաստանին փոխարինող գործընկեր չկա:
