«Կարեն Կարապետյան, Սերժ Սարգսյանը չէ՞ր ֆայմում արտակարգ դրություն մտցներ, դու եկել ես սատանի մայլեն քյանդրբազությո՞ւն ես անում». Նիկոլ Փաշինյան

«Այս շենքում նստած ոմանք մտածում էին, թե ժողովուրդն այնքան զարմացած ու բավարարված է Սերժ Սարգսյանի հրաժարականով, որ նախորդ օրվա տոնախմբությունից հետո մոռացել է, թե ինչի համար է հավաքվել»,- այսօր Հանրապետության հրապարակում հանրահավաքի ժամանակ հայտարարեց «Իմ քայլը» նախաձեռնության ղեկավար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ փոխվարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Կարեն Կարապետյանը հույս ուներ, որ ապրիլի 23-ի տոնակատարությունից, ապրիլի 24-ի հիշատակի արարողություններից հետո՝ մարդիկ այլևս փողոց դուրս չեն գալու. «Բայց նրանից, ինչ տեղի ունեցավ այսօր, ակնհայտ է դառնում մի բան. Կարեն Կարապետյանը մի գործողություն ունի անելու՝ անվերապահ և առանց նախապայմանների ճանաչել մեր թավշյա, ոչ բռնի, ժողովրդական հեղափոխոխության հաղթանակը և ՀՀ-ի ղեկին կանգնելու որևէ հավակնություն չցուցաբերի: Մենք պահանջում ենք ՀՀԿ-ի միանշանակ և անվերապահ կապիտուլյացիան ժողովրդի առաջ»:

Ն. Փաշինյանն անդրադարձավ այն լուրերին, թե այսօր Կ. Կարապետյանը հրաժարական էր տվել վարչապետի պաշտոնից. «Հետո հերքվեց այդ լուրը, Կարեն Կարապետյանն ինքը հայտարարեց, ոչ չի տվել հրաժարական: Այս ամենը պետք է դիտել միայն ՀՀ-ի օրենսդրության տեսակետից: Այն պահին, երբ գործող վարչապետ Սերժ Սարգսյանը հրաժարական է տվել, նրա հետ հրաժարական է տալիս ամբողջ կառավարությունը: Այսօր կառավարությունում չկա ոչ մի գործող պաշտոնյա, այս պահին ՀՀ-ում չկա կառավարություն:

Երկրորդ՝ Կարեն Կարապետյանն իրեն հռչակել է ՀՀ-ի վարչապետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար: Այսօր իրավաբանները վերլուծելով ՀՀ օրենսդրությունը՝ արձանագրել են, որ վարչապետի հրաժարականի պարագայում չի կարող լինել վարչապետի ԺՊ, հետևաբար՝ Կարեն Կարապետյանը ոչ թե վարչապետի ԺՊ է, այլ՝ առաջին փոխվարչապետի»:

Ն. Փաշինյանը նաև հայտարարեց, որ այսօր Կարեն Կարապետյանը հրավիրել էր ուժայիններին և ցանկանում էր արտակարգ դրություն մտցնել. «Բայց ես զարմանում եմ այդ մարդու տրամաբանության վրա: Ուրեմն՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանը վերջին 25 տարիներին ՀՀ-ում եղել է Ներքին գործերի, Ազգային անվտանգության, Պաշտպանության նախարար, Կարեն Կարապետյան, ուրեմն՝ ամսի 23-ին Սերժ Սարգսյանը չէ՞ր ֆայմում արտակարգ դրություն մտցներ, դու եկել ես սատանի մայլեն քյանդրբազությո՞ւն ես անում: Ես պաշտոնապես ասում եմ՝ Կարեն Կարապետյան, դու չես կարող արտակարգ դրություն մտցնել, եթե դու նման թուղթ ստորագրես, մենք տեղում կչեղարկենք այդ որոշումը, թե ուզում ես, բախտդ փորձի»:
