Ովքեր և ինչու են սպանել 46-ամյա ազատամարտիկին. մանրամասներ

Երեկ՝ ապրիլի 23-ին, ժամը 18:50-ի սահմաններում, Էջմիածնում դանակահարվել է ազատամարտիկ, Ապրիլյան քառօրյայի ակտիվ մասնակից, Էջմիածնի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակից 46-ամյա Նվեր Հովհաննիսյանը, ով դանակահարությունից հետո հիվանդանոցում մահացել է:

Նշենք, որ վերջին օրերին, երբ տեղի էին ունենում բողոքի զանգվածային ակցիաներ Սերժ Սարգսյանի վարչապետության դեմ, քրեաօլիգարխիկների կողմնակիցներն ամեն ինչ անում էին ժողովրդի հոսքը դեպի Երեւան խոչընդոտելու համար: Արդեն երեկ հրաժարական տվեց Սերժ Սարգսյանը՝ լքելով քաղաքական դաշտը:

Քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակցի սպանության վերաբերյալ պարզաբանում է տարածել Էջմիածնի քաղաքապետարանը՝ նշելով, որ տարածվել է ապատեղեկատվություն, թե իբր Նվեր Հովհաննիսյանը խոչընդոտել է բողոքող ցուցարարների երթին, որպեսզի վերջիններս չգնան Երեւան: Սակայն հաշվի չի առնվել այն փաստը, որ դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել Սերժ Սարգսյանի հրաժարականից ժամեր անց, երբ որեւէ երթ չի եղել:

«Բանն այն է, որ որոշ անձինք՝ օգտվելով ստեղծված իրավիճակից, Էջմիածնի հրապարակում կատարել են սադրիչ գործողություններ եւ հայտարարություններ` փորձելով խաղաղ բնակիչներին դրդել անօրինական գործողությունների: Սադրիչներին էլ առաջնորդում էր նախկինում եւս նման աշխատաոճով աչքի ընկած, քրեական անցյալ ունեցող, պետությունից հարկեր թաքցնելու, այլ մեքենայությունների համար մի քանի անգամ դատարանի օրինական վճռով մեղավոր ճանաչված նախկին պատգամավոր Հակոբ Հակոբյանը՝ «Ճոյտը»: Արդյունքում` կրծքավանդակի աջ կեսի կտրած-ծակած վիրավորում է ստացել Արցախյան ու Ապրիլյան պատերազմների ակտիվ մասնակից Նվեր Հովհաննիսյանը»,- փոխանցում են քաղաքապետարանից:

Էջմիածնի քաղաքապետարանը հայտարարում է նաև, որ հավատարիմ մնալով ժողովրդավարության սկզբունքներին, քաղաքապետարանը երբեք որեւէ կերպ չի խոչընդոտել խաղաղ ցույցերը եւ մարդկանց ազատ կամարտահայտման դրսեւորումները. «Քաղաքապետարանի հստակ դիրքորոշումն է, որ իշխանության բոլոր մարմինները պետք է անվերապահ կատարեն իրենց պարտականությունները: Չի կարելի թույլ տալ երկրում անիշխանության մթնոլորտ, ամեն տեսակի կասկածները պետք է հաստատվեն կամ փարատվեն դատարանների, այլ իրավասու մարմինների որոշումներով: Չի կարելի թույլ տալ, որ հեղափոխությունից հետո ջրի երես բարձրանա փրփուրը: Էջմիածնի քաղաքապետարանը կոչ է անում չտրվել սադրանքներին, չլսել սադրիչների կեղծ կոչերը, զերծ մնալ անօրինական գործողություններից եւ սթափ գնահատել ստեղծված իրավիճակը, չդառնալ գործիք սադրիչների եւ հանցագործների ձեռքին: Խնդրում ենք չտարածել կեղծ ու անհիմն, չճշգրտված տեղեկատվություն»,- ասվում է քաղաքապետարանից:

Նշենք, որ դանակահարության հետևանքով վիրավորվել է նաեւ մեկ այլ երիտասարդ: Այսօր Ծիծեռնակաբերդում՝ անդրադառնալով դեպքին, ԵԿՄ նախագահ Մանվել Գրիգորյանն ասաց, որ առավոտյան այցելել է վիրավոր երիտասարդին:
