Ինչ պատասխանատվության ենթարկվեցին հրամանատարները զինվորների ոտնահարված իրավունքների հարցով. «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

«Առաջիկայում ՀՀ ԱԺ պաշտպանության, ազգային անվտանգության եւ ներքին գործերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նիստում պատգամավորները կքննարկեն ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմին մասնակցած զինվորների ոտնահարված իրավունքների հարցը: Ինչպես հայտնի է՝ պատերազմի մասնակից լինելու մասին համապատասխան նշումները շատ զինվորների զինգրքույկներում կա՛մ բացակայում են, կա՛մ էլ նշումից հետո ջնջված են: Հիշեցնենք, որ խնդրի շուրջ պարզաբանում տարածեց նաեւ ԼՂՀ պաշտպանական բանակը՝ նշելով, որ կատարվածը պայմանավորված է տվյալ զորամասի համապատասխան պաշտոնատար անձի անփութության արդյունքում թույլ տրված վրիպումով: Ավելի ուշ ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունում ստեղծվեց աշխատանքային խումբ, եւ որոշ պաշտոնատարներ արդեն ենթարկվել են պատասխանատվության: Թե ինչ պատասխանատվության մասին է խոսքը, այդպես էլ չմանրամասնվեց: «Ժողովուրդ»-ը տեղեկացավ, որ կատարվածից հետո ԼՂՀ մի շարք զորամասերում ստուգումներ են սկսվել, որպեսզի, ըստ էության, բացառվի ծանոթ-բարեկամի միջոցով կնիք դնելը այն զինվորների գրքույկներում, որոնք ապրիլյան դեպքերին մասնակից չեն եղել: Ավելին՝ ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունում ստեղծված աշխատանքային խումբը ծառայողական քննություն է անցկացրել, որի արդյունքում ԼՂՀ ՊԲ որոշ զորամասի հրամանատարներ ընդամենը նկատողություններ են ստացել»:
