Իսկ դուք գիտե՞ք, որ հղիությունը փոխում է կանանց ուղեղի կառուցվածքը

Ապագա մայրերը հաճախ են զրուցում իրենց՝ դեռ չծնված փոքրիկների հետ։ Գիտնականների կարծիքով՝ այս սրտաշարժ շփումը, ինչպես նաեւ մոր եւ երեխայի կապին հատուկ որոշ այլ դրսեւորումները կարող են պայմանավորված լինել կնոջ ուղեղում փոփոխություններով։

Լեյդենի համալսարանի (Նիդերլանդներ) աշխատակից Էլզելին Խոկզեմայի ղեկավարած գիտնականների միջազգային խումբն ապացուցել է, որ հղիությունը մոր ուղեղի վրա երկարատեւ էֆեկտ է ունենում՝ փոխելով նրա կառուցվածքը։ Հատկապես այս փոփոխություններն են կնոջը թույլ տալիս ավելի լավ հոգ տանել փոքրիկին։

Հետազոտությունն իրականացվել է 5 տարի շարունակ, որի ընթացքում գիտնականները մագնիսառեզոնանսային տոմոգրաֆիայի օգնությամբ 25 կանանց հետազոտել են մինչեւ հղիությունը եւ երեխաների ծնունդից հետո, ինչպես նաեւ 19 ապագա հայրերի։ Գիտնականները նաեւ սքանավորել են 20 կանանց, որոնք հղի չեն եղել, եւ նրանց 17 զուգընկերների։

Արդյունքները ցույց են տվել, որ հղիների ուղեղը էականորեն տարբերվում է փորձերի մյուս մասնակիցների ուղեղից։ Մասնավորապես՝ հղի կանանց գլխուղեղի միջին առջեւի եւ հետին կեղեւում նվազել է գորշ նյութի ծավալը։ Ուղեղի այս հատվածները պատասխանատու են սոցիալական պրոցեսների համար՝ ինչպիսին են մյուսներին կարեկցելու եւ հասկանալու ունակությունը։

Գիտնականները նշում են, որ չնայած համընդհանուր ընդունված կարծիքին, որ գորշ նյութի ծավալի նվազումը բացասաբար է ազդում մարդու վրա, տվյալ դեպքում ուղեղը պարզապես իրեն ճիշտ է «կարգավորում»։ Դա է հաստատում այն փաստը, որ հետազոտության մասնակիցներից ոչ մեկի մոտ որեւէ մտավոր խանգարում չի հայտնաբերվել։

Հեղինակների կարծիքով՝ իրենց դիտարկած փոփոխությունները էվոլյուցիոն մեխանիզմ է, որը մորը թույլ է տալիս նորածնին զգայականորեն հարմարվել։ «Այս փոփոխությունները զարմանալիորեն օրինաչափ են։ Այն աստիճանի, որ համակարգչային ալգորիթմն ի վիճակի է որոշել, թե որ կանայք են հղիացել հետազոտությունների միջեւ ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, իսկ որոնք՝ ոչ»,- նշել է Խոկզեման։

Քանի որ ապագա հայրերի ուղեղի կառուցվածքում համանման փոփոխություններ չեն դիտարկվել, Խոկզեման ենթադրում է, որ երեւույթը կարող է կապված լինել կանանց մոտ արտադրվող հորմոնների աճի հետ։

Գիտնականները մայրերին նաեւ ցույց են տվել իրենց երեխաների լուսանկարները եւ հետեւել են ուղեղում ընթացող պրոցեսներին։ Պարզվել է, որ երբ մայրիկն իր փոքրիկին տեսնում է լուսանկարում, նրա ուղեղում մեծանում է նեյրոնային ակտիվությունը, ըստ որում՝ հատկապես ուղեղի այն հատվածներում, որտեղ նվազում է գորշ նյութի ծավալը։

Այս բացահայտումը գիտնականների խմբին ստիպել է լրացուցիչ հոգեբանական թեստեր կազմել, որոնք օգնել են հայտնաբերել փոքրիկին մոր էմոցիոնալ կապվածությունը։ Արդյունքում՝ պարզվել է, որ որքան փոքր է եղել գորշ նյութի ծավալը, այնքան մեծ է մոր կապվածությունը։

Ուշագրավ է, որ կառուցվածքային բոլոր փոփոխությունները հետազոտությանը մասնակցած կանանց մոտ պահպանվել են ծննդաբերությունից հետո եւս երկու տարի։

Չնայած տարածված կարծիքին, որ հղիությունն ազդում է կանանց հիշողության վրա, հետազոտողները թեստերի ընթացքում ապագա մայրերի եւ ոչ հղի մասնակիցների միջեւ ոչ մի տարբերություն չեն հայտնաբերել։
