1. Ուղեղը կարող է մտապահել համացանցում առկա ողջ ինֆորմացիան

Ուղեղի՝ ավազի հատիկի չափ մասը պարունակում է մոտ 100.000 նեյրոն։ Այդ բոլոր նեյրոնները փոխկապակցված են, և այդ կապերն ավելի շատ են, քան աստղերը՝ ամբողջ տիեզերքում։ Հենց դրա շնորհիվ ուղեղը կարող է պահպանել մոտ մեկ կվադրիլիոն բայթ ինֆորմացիա, ինչը հավասար է մոտ 4.7 միլիարդ գրքի պարունակությանը։

2. Ուղեղը մարզումների կարիք ունի

Ուղեղի համար շատ օգտակար է ուսուցումը, անծանոթ աշխատանքով զբաղվելը, կարդալը, մարմնամարզությունը և, իհարկե, ճիշտ սնունդն ու քունը։
