Կանաչ գոտին վերացրել են` առևտրի կետ կառուցելու համար. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Շաբաթ օրը Իջևանի «սրտում»՝ քաղաքի կենտրոնական հատվածում գտնվող այգում կատարվել է կանաչ գոտու հատում, ու այդ ամենը ոստիկանների աչքի առաջ, ավելի ստույգ՝ նրանց հսկողության ներքո: Այս մասին մեզ տեղեկացրեց «Հովք» սրճարանի սեփականատեր Խաժակ Թանանյանը, ով երկար տարիներ զբաղվել է այդ տարածքի բարեկարգմամբ:

Կանաչապատ հատվածից զրկվել է 90 քառակուսի մետր տարածք, որը դեռևս 2007 թ. կառուցապատման իրավունքով և 99 տարի ժամկետով տրվել էր Իջևանի բնակիչ Արտուշ Օհանյանին: Վերջինս այստեղ պատրաստվում է առևտրի ու սպասարկման օբյեկտ կառուցել: Մինչդեռ 1998 թ. Խաժակ Թանանյանը այդ 90 քառակուսում իր հարակից տարածքով հանդերձ սրճարան կառուցելու իրավունք էր ստացել, քանի որ վերջինս դրան նախորդող 6 տարիներին խնամել և բարեկարգել էր տարածքը:

2008 թ. Արտուշ Օհանյանը Խաժակ Թանանյանին հայտնել էր, որ տվյալ հողակտորի նկատմամբ ունի վարձակալի իրավունք, և սրճարանի տիրոջն առաջարկել էր ինքնակամ ազատել զբաղեցրած տարածքը: Տարածքի սեփականատերը միևնույն ժամանակ հայց էր ներկայացրել դատարան: Դատարանի վճռի համաձայն, ԴԱՀԿ աշխատակիցների ներկայությամբ, Թանանյանն ապամոնտաժել էր կանաչ տարածքում առկա տաղավարները՝ թողնելով միայն կանաչով պատված զրուցարանները, որոնց վերաբերյալ դատարանը վճիռ չէր կայացրել:

Երկու օր առաջ, սակայն, դրանց հերթն էլ հասավ: Նոր սեփականատերը ոստիկանների ներկայությամբ ապամոնտաժել է նաև այդ զրուցարաններն ու բուսականությունը:

Հավելենք, որ դատական պրոցեսներում որպես երրորդ կողմ էր հանդես եկել Իջևանի քաղաքապետարանը: Համայնքային իշխանության ներկայացուցիչները դատարանում նշել էին, թե մրցույթի կազմակերպիչ, նախկին քաղաքապետ Վարուժան Ներսիսյանը թույլ է տվել օրենքով սահմանված ժամկետի խախտում:
