Մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում շրջակա միջավայրին 1 միլիոն դրամից ավելի վնաս է հասցվել. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության բնապահպանական պետական տեսչության կողմից 31.01–03.02.2017 թթ. ժամանակահատվածում իրականացված շրջայցերի, ԲՊՏ վարույթին հանձնված գործերի քննության և հաշվետվությունների ընդունման գործընթացում հայտնաբերված խախտումների արդյունքում կայացվել է 250 հազար դրամ ընդհանուր գումարի վարչական տուգանքի 4 որոշում և հաշվարկվել 1 միլիոն 82 հազար դրամ ընդհանուր գումարի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս:
Ինչպես տեղեկացնում են Բնապահպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից` բուսական աշխարհի պահպանության ոլորտում կազմվել է վարչական տուգանքի 2 որոշում՝ 100 հազար դրամի չափով և հաշվարկվել 510 հազար 25 դրամ ընդհանուր գումարի շրջակա միջավայրին պատճառված վնաս:
Փայտանյութի ապօրինի տեղափոխման համար կազմվել է վարչական տուգանքի 1 որոշում՝ 100 հազար դրամ գումարով և հաշվարկվել 72 հազար դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին պատճառված վնաս: Անտառների և կենսառեսուրսների վերահսկողության բաժինը, հողերի, թափոնների, վտանգավոր նյութերի վերահսկողության և ընդերքի բնապահպանական վերահսկողության բաժնի հետ համատեղ անցկացրած ստուգայցերի ընթացքում հայտնաբերված խախտման համար ֆիզիկական անձի նկատմամբ կայացրել են 100 հազար դրամի վարչական տուգանքի որոշում և հաշվարկել 72 հազար դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս:
Ապօրինի որսի իրականացման համար Տավուշի տարածքային բաժինը ոստիկանությունից հանձնված 2 եղնիկի ապօրինի որսի փաստով հաշվարկել է 500 հազար դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին պատճառված վնաս: Վայոց ձորի տարածքային բաժինը Ոստիկանության հետ կազմակերպված միջոցառման արդյունքում հայտնաբերել է կաքավի որսագողության դեպք:
Բնապահպանական պետական տեսչության վարչարարության և փորձաքննության բաժնի կողմից դատական ակտերի հարկադիր կատարման է ներկայացվել 13 վարչական տուգանքի որոշում՝ 850 հազար դրամի չափով և 2 վնասի փոխհատուցման որոշում՝ 216 հազար դրամի չափով:
Ընդհանուր առմամբ ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության բնապահպանական պետական տեսչության կիրառած նախորդ պատժամիջոցներից հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում ՀՀ պետական բյուջե է մուտքագրվել 500 հազար դրամ:
