250 հազար դրամ՝ նախագահականի կայքը Արմեն Սարգսյանին «համապատասխանեցնելու» համար. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

ՀՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմը www.president.am կայքի մշակման ծառայությունների դիմաց կվճարի 250 հազար դրամ, ինչի մասին տեղեկանում ենք կառավարության՝ Մեկ անձից կատարվող գնումներ ենթաբաժնից: Պայմանագիրը կնքվել է ՀՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմի գործերի կառավարիչ Վ. Գրիգորյանի և «Հելիքս Կոնսալտինգ» ՍՊԸ–ի տնօրեն Ա. Մխիթարյանի միջև: Ընկերությունը աշխատակազմի պահանջներն ու կայքի փոփոխություններն ավարտին հասցնելու համար 20 օր ժամանակ ունի, ավելի ստույգ՝ մատուցման ժամկետ է սահմանվել ապրիլի 30–ը:

Համաձայն պայմանագրի՝ կայքում նոր կառուցվածքին ու գործունեությանը վերաբերող համապատասխան կառուցվածքային բովանդակային փոփոխություններ, ինչպես նաև կայքի գործող բովանդակության՝ կառավարման համակարգի լրամշակում պետք է կատարեն:

Մասնավորապես պետք է արխիվացնել Սերժ Սարգսյանի և Ռիտա Սարգսյանի վերաբերյալ ամբողջ տեղեկատվությունը, այցելուների ծրագիր բաժինը, որն անհրաժեշտության դեպքում կարող է տեղափոխվել Վարչապետի կայք, նախագահի նստավայրը՝ իր ենթաբաժիններով: Վերջին տեղեկատվությունը նույնպես պետք է փոփոխություններով տեղափոխել Վարչապետի կայք:

Ի դեպ վարչապետ բառը մեծատառով է գրված եղել փաստաթղթում: Իսկ մինչ այս, նկատենք, որ վարչապետ բառը միշտ էլ գրվել է փոքրատառով, փոխարենը՝ մեծատառով է գրվել նախագահ բառը: Հետաքրքիր միտում է նկատվում, այնպես չէ՞:

Ինչևէ, շարունակենք անդրադառնալ կայքի փոփոխություններին:

Միաժամանակ կայքից պետք է հանվեն որոշ բաժիններ: Դրանք են՝ նախագահական իշխանության խորհրդանիշ, նախընտրական ծրագիր, աշխատակազմ բաժնի կառուցվածքից հանձնաժողովներ և խորհուրդներ, աշխատակազմ բաժնից՝ քաղաքացիների ընդունելություն, պետական մրցանակներ:

Կայքում առկա բոլոր մնացած բաժիններն իրենց ենթաբաժիններով կպահպանվեն: Կկատարվի միայն բովանդակության փոփոխություն հետևյալ կետերում՝ նախագահ բաժնում նախագահի կենսագրությունը, լուսանկարները, նախագահ բաժնում Առաջին տիկին ենթաբաժինը, նախագահ բաժնում՝ նախագահի նստավայր, Հայաստան բաժնի «Պետական կառուցվածք» ենթաբաժինը:

Իսկ աշխատակազմ բաժնի բոլոր ենթաբաժինների բովանդակությունը անհրաժեշտ կլինի թարմացնել՝ համապատասխանեցնելով նոր ընդունվող իրավական ակտերին:

Մասնավորապես պետք է փոխել՝ կանոնադրություն, բյուջե, քաղաքացիների ընդունելություն, հաստիքացուցակ, հաճախ տրվող հարցեր, հետադարձ կապ ենթաբաժիններում նշված տեղեկատվությունը:

Կայքում ՀՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասցեն պետք է փոխվի և դառնա Մաշտոցի 47: Գրադարան բաժնի ՀՀ նախագահի ենթաբաժնում կավելացվեն նոր նախագահի տվյալները, իսկ հղումներ բաժնում կավելացվի նոր վարչապետի կայքի հասցեն:

Գրադարան բաժնի պետական պարգևներ ենթաբաժնի Բարձրագույն կոչում կետը կհանվի և դրա մեջ ներառված տեղեկատվությունը կտեղափոխվի շքանշաններ ենթաբաժին, որտեղ պետք է ավելացնել «Հայրենիքի շքանշան»–ը և վերոհիշյալ տեղեկատվությունը:
