Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի ջանքերով ՀՀ տնտեսությունում գործարկվում է բոլորովին նոր ոլորտ

Սմբատ Ավագյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է . 

Վերջերս Neweurope հեղինակավոր պարբերականում հրապարակած իր հոդվածում ԲՀԿ նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը բարձրաձայնել էր Հայաստանում տնտեսական նոր քաղաքականության արդիականությունն ու հրատապությունը՝ շեշտելով, որ համաշխարհային տնտեսությունը առաջ է գնում արագ քայլերով և դրան հասնելու համար Հայաստանը պետք է հաղթահարի մի շարք մարտահրավերներ։ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը հատկանշել էր բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների և ինովիացիոն-նորարակական կազմակերպությունների ստեղծումն ու զարգացումը, նոր առաջատար ոլորտների գործարկումը ՀՀ-ում՝ որպես հայաաստանյան տնտեսության զարգացման հիմնական գրավական և պայման։
Այսօր արդեն Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի կողմից իր իսկ հոդվածում բարձրաձայնված խնդիրներին լուծում է տրվում։ Հայաստանի տնտեսությունում Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի ջանքերով գործարկվում է բոլորովին նոր ոլորտ, որը հիմնված է նորարարական սկզբունքների և բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների վրա։
Omnia Tech-LLC միջազգային ընկերության հիմնադիր Ռոբերտ Վերգը ժամանել է Հայաստան։ Հաշվի առնելով Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հեղինակությունն ու նրա նկատմամբ անվերապահ վստահությունը, Omnia Tech-LLC ընկերությունը և Multi Group կոնցեռնը Հայաստանում համատեղ հիմնում են կրիպտոարժույթի արտադրության աշխարհում ամենամեծ ֆերման, ինչի համար գործարկվելու են 150 հազար միավոր տեխնիկա և ինչի համար Հայաստանում արդեն կատարվել են միլիոնավոր դոլարների ներդրումներ։ Սակայն կրիպտոարժույթի արտադրությունը ընդհանուր ծրագրի միայն մի փոքր մասն է։ Առաջիկայում Հայաստանում ստեղծվելու է հսկայական տեխնոպարկ, որի հետ համագործակցելու են բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտում աշխատող արտասահմանյան 500 ընկերություններ, որոնց թվում այնպիսի համաշխարհային հսկաներ, ինչպիսիք են Facebook-ը, Google-ը, Amazon-ը և այլն։ Այս հսկայական, տարածաշրջանում եզակի տեխնոպարկը հիմնելու համար առաջիկա 2 տարիներին Հայաստանում կկատարվի 2 միլիարդ դոլարի ներդրում, կստեղծվեն մինչև 3 հազար աշխատատեղեր, որտեղ կարող են աշխատել համապատասխան գիտելիքներ ունեցող մասնագետներ։
Սա իսկապես եզակի նախաձեռնություն է Հայաստանում, որը կատարվել է բացառապես Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի ջանքերով։ Առաջիկայում Հայաստանում, փաստորեն, ստեղծվելու է իսկական սիլիկոնային հովիտ, բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների կղզյակ, որտեղ աշխատելու հնարավորություն են ստանալու ոչ միայն Հայաստանում ապրող, այլ նաև ժամանակին Հայաստանից արտագաղթած համապատասխան մասնագետները, ովքեր այժմ աշխատում են արևտյան զարգացած երկրների նույնատիպ ոլորտներում։
Այսպիսով Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի այս նախաձեռնությունը լուծում է միանգամից մի քանի կարևոր հարց․
- Հսկայական, 2 միլիարդ դոլարի ներդրում է իրականացնում Հայաստանում
- Հայաստանում ստեղծվում է եզակի, տարածաշրջանում նմանը չունեցող տեխնոպարկ
- Հայաստանյան տնտեսությունում գործարկում է բոլորովին նոր ոլորտ, որը հիմնված է լինելու գերժամանակակից բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների և նորարարական մոտեցումների վրա
- Բացվելու են հազարավոր աշխատատեղեր
- Հայաստան են են հրավիրվելու համապատասխան բարձր որակավորման հայ մասնագետներ, ովքեր այժմ ապրում և աշխատում են արտերկրում, այսինքն լուծվելու է նաև ներգաղթի խնդիր
Այպիսով Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի՝ Neweurope պարբերականում հրապարակված հոդվածը, որտեղ տեսական մակարդակում բարձրացվում էր Հայաստանում տնտեսական նոր քաղաքականություն իրականացնելու պահանջը, նրա իսկ ջանքերով, պրակտիկ քայլերի միջոցով ստանում է գործնական լուծում՝ արտասահամանյան նոր ներդրումների և ՀՀ տնտեսությունում բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների կիրառման օրինակով։
