Ինչպես գիտենք մարդկանց զգալի մասը սովորություն ունեն քնել փորի վրա, բայց գիտե՞ն արդյոք նրանք, թե ի՞նչ վնասակար ազդեցություն ունի այդ դիրքը օրգանիզմի վրա

Ինչո՞ւ չի կարելի քնել փորի վրա պառկած

Ընդունելով «բերանքսիվայր» դիրքը՝ մենք ապացուցում ենք, որ բացարձակ անտարբեր ենք մեր առողջության նկատմամբ: Պարզվում է, որ այդ դիրքը վատ է ազդում սեռական օրգանների վրա, սիրտ-անոթային համակարգը սկսում է այլ կերպ աշխատել, նման դիրքով քնելու դեպքում մենք վնասում ենք ստամոքսը, աղիները եւ տասներկումատնյա աղին:

Քնի ժամանակ անհրաժեշտ է, որ ոչինչ չխանգարի, նույնիսկ հագուստը, այդ պատճառով ավելի լավ է մերկ քնել: Օրգանիզմի վրա բացասական ազդեցությունը լինում է աստիճանաբար:

Ինչո՞ւ չի կարելի քնել փորի վրա պառկած

Դա այն դիրքն է, երբ մարդը կարող է այլեւս չարթնանալ: Սովորական դիրքով քնած մարդու կրծքավանդակն ուղիղ է, եւ շնչառությանը ոչինչ չի խանգարում, այն գտնվում է լավ վիճակում, քանի որ թոքերն անխափան լցվում են օդով: Փորի վրա քնած մարդու մոտ հակառակ ազդեցությունն է:

Փորի վրա քնելու դեպքում գլուխը թեքված է կամ աջ, կամ ձախ: Նման դիրքում ընդհանուր քներակը փակվում է, եւ եթե քնած մարդու մոտ երկրորդ երակը վատ է գործում, ու միեւնույն ժամանակ նա տառապում է օստեոպորոզով կամ աթերոսկլերոզով, ապա այդ մարդը նույնպես կարող է չարթնանալ քնից: Այդ պահին ուղեղի սնուցումն ընդհատվում է, իսկ դրա աշխատանքը որոշ չափով քներակն է կատարում: Այս տեղեկությունը կարեւոր է հասցնել տարեց մարդկանց, քանի որ այդ տարիքում ամենահավանական թշնամին համարվում է գլխուղեղի կաթվածը:

Իսպանացի հետազոտողները երկարաժամկետ ուսումնասիրություններից հետո եկել են հետեւյալ եզրահանգման.

1.Փորի վրա քնելը վատ է ազդում կրծքի վրա: Նման դիրքը սեղմում է կուրծքը, մաշկը կնճռոտվում է, իսկ նման կնճիռներից գրեթե հնարավոր չէ ազատվել: Նման դիրքի ժամանակ կաթնագեղձերը սեղմվում են: Գոյություն ունի բժիշկների մեկ հետաքրքիր կարծիք եւս՝ կրծքի սեղմվելու հետեւանքով ավելանում է կրծքագեղձի քաղցկեղով հիվանդանալու հավանականությունը, գիտնականների մեծ մասը նույնպես համամիտ է այդ տեսության հետ:
