Ռուս–հայկական զորախումբ՝ ՀՀ ու Նախիջևանի սահմանագծին.«Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Օրերս, Ռուսաստանի և Հայաստանի միջև ստորագրվեց միավորված զորախմբի մասին համաձայնագիրը: ՌԴ–ի ու ՀՀ–ի՝ տարածաշրջանում անվտանգության ապահովմանն ուղղված ջանքերի շուրջ «Փաստը» զրուցեց քաղաքագետ Սերգեյ Շաքարյանցի հետ:
«Հաշվի առնելով որոշ մանրամասներ, կարող եմ ասել, որ միավորված զորախումբը պրակտիկորեն օրինականացված հիմքեր կստանա տեղաբաշխվելու անգամ Հայաստանի ու Նախիջևանի սահմանին: Այսուհետ ոչ ոք չպետք է զարմանա, որ թուրք–ադրբեջանական զորախմբի հարձակման ժամանակ պատասխան հարված են ստանալու ոչ թե Հայաստանի զորքերից, այլ միավորված հայ–ռուսական զորախմբի կողմից»,– ասաց քաղաքագետը՝ հիշեցնելով, որ գաղտնիք չէ, որ տարիներ շարունակ Նախիջևանի տարածքում են տեղակայված համապատասխան թուրքական զորախմբերը:

Ըստ քաղաքագետի՝ ռուս–հայկական ռազմական համագործակցության այս ձևաչափը պարզ ակնարկ է բոլոր այն պետություններին, որոնք որոշ հավակնություններ ունեն Անդրկովկասի նկատմամբ:

«Այս համագործակցությունը կարելի է կապել նաև Սիրիայի հյուսիսում տեղի ունեցող սրացումների հետ: Կարելի է ասել, որ համագործակցությունն ուղղված է ապագային: Հնարավոր է, որ զորախմբի թափը ավելի շուտ գործի դրվի, կարող է և ընդհանրապես դրա անհրաժեշտությունը չլինի»,– ասաց նա` անցում կատարելով ռազմաքաղաքական ոլորտում ՌԴ–ի ու ՀՀ–ի միջև հարաբերությունների է՛լ ավելի խորացմանը. «Կանխատեսումներ անել այս ուղղությամբ չէի ցանկանա: Դրա մասին կխոսի 2017 թվականի ողջ ընթացքը: Այս կոնտեքստում պետք է չանտեսենք, որ 2016 թվականի ավարտին իրավիճակը Հայաստանի շուրջ բավական սրված է: Սրացման պատճառ են բոլոր այն երկրները, որոնք բացահայտ հայտարարություններ են արել Իրաքի, Սիրիայի վերաբերյալ, չենք անտեսում նաև քրդերի վերաբերյալ հայտարարությունները: Այստեղ շատ խոշոր խաղ է գնում, ինձ թվում է, դրա մասին հայաստանյան իշխանությունները լավատեղյակ են: Դրա համար մենք պետք է պատրաստ լինենք զարգացման սցենարին»:
Ինչ վերաբերում է հայ–ադրբեջանական սահմանին տիրող վերջին սրացումներին, քաղաքագետը կարծում է, որ դա ոչ թե ստորագրված համաձայնագրի հետևանքն է, այլ «Նրա հետևանքն է, որ Ռուսաստանը սկսել է քիչ թե շատ բացված փակագծերով զենք տրամադրել ՀՀ–ին: Նրանք զորախմբի ստեղծման մասին տեղյակ էին վաղուց, դեռ այս տարվա օգոստոսի 16–ից»:
