Մկրտիչ Մինասյան. «Շենքի ճակատի պահպանումն ու նորի կառուցումը ճիշտ միտում չէ». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Մամուլում օրեր առաջ գրվել էր, որ պատմաբան Մայքլ Բաբայանը ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում տեղադրել է այն շենքի լուսանկարը, որի բնակարաններից մեկում ապրել է ՀՀ առաջին վարչապետ Հովհաննես Քաջազնունին (Պուշկին 4): Քաջազնունու տունը ճանաչվել է «գերակա հանրային շահ» և ենթակա է քանդման, գրում է Բաբայանը։

Մեզ նույնպես հետաքրքրեց, թե սա ինչ նոր որոշում է։ Սակայն, պարզվեց, որ սա նոր չէ, ավելի ստույգ՝ Պուշկինի 4 հասցեում տեղակայված շենքի՝ գերակա շահ ճանաչվելը նոր չէ։ Դա ըստ ճարտարապետ Մկրտիչ Մինասյանի, մի քանի տարի առաջ ընդունված որոշում է։

«Փաստ»–ի հետ զրույցում ճարտարապետն ասաց, որ նախկին «հրշեջի շենքը» և ևս մի քանի շինություններ ևս, որոնք համարվում են հուշարձաններ, կառուցապատողները ներառել են իրենց նախագծերի մեջ։

«Նոր փոփոխության մասին խոսք չկա, կարծում եմ՝ ծրագիրը նույն կերպ մնացած կլինի։ Երևի հիմա այդ մասին գրողը նոր է իմացել, որովհետև շենքը գերակա շահ ճանաչվեց դեռևս երկու տարի առաջ։ Մարդիկ եկան այն եզրակացության, որ հուշարձան–շենքերը պետք է պահպանվեն, և դա ամենաողջամիտ որոշումն էր։

Այդ շենքն էլ, դեպոյի շենքն էլ է պահպանվելու, նոր բան չեմ տեսել։ Պարզ է, մարդիկ այնքան բան են տեսել, վախ կա իրենց մեջ, որ հերթական անգամ կարող է շենքը քանդվել»,– նշեց Մինասյանը։

Երևանում շատ շենքեր կան, որոնց ճակատները պահպանելով, կառուցվել են բարձրահարկ շենքեր։ Մեր հարցին, թե համահո՞ւնչ է համարում այդպիսի շենքերի ներքևի ու վերևի հատվածները կամ դրանք, ըստ իրեն, առհասարակ գեղեցի՞կ են, ճարտարապետը պատասխանեց, թե դա լավագույն տարբերակը չէ։

Ասում է, թե շենքեր կան, որոնց դեպքում թողած է միայն մեկ պատը, որպես հուշ, թե այդտեղ եղել է հին շենք։ Խնդիրը նրանում է, որ արդեն չեն կարողանում պահել և վրան նոր բաներ կառուցելու մեթոդը ցանկալի չէ։

«Ցանկալին այն է, որ կենտրոնում եղած, այն էլ՝ մեզ համար ոչ շատ շենքերը, որ 100–150 տարեկան են, կարելի է պահել, որովհետև բոլորին էլ հետաքրքիր է, թե քաղաքի կենտրոնը ինչպիսին է եղել։ Նրանք աշխատում են հնության հետքեր թողնել։ Հասկանում եմ՝ պահելը դժվար է, բայց ձեր ասածը՝ ճակատ պահելն ու վրան կառուցելը, ճիշտ միտում չէ»,– նկատեց նա։

Հարցին, թե ո՞րն է այս դեպքում ճիշտ լուծումը, պատասխանեց, թե լավ կլիներ, որ շենքն իր միջավայրով պահպանվեր. «Բայց մենք մեծ բացեր ունենք։ Օրինակ, որոշ տեղերում այդ շենքերը ցեխից են արված, շատ դժվար է դրանք պահել, ընդհանրապես փոփոխություններ, վերանորոգումներ դժվար է անել։ Եվրոպական քաղաքներն ուրիշ են, նրանք անընդհատ փոխանցվելով մեկը մյուսին, կարողացել են պահպանել, պահել, աշխատել, ապրել դրանց մեջ։ Մեզ մոտ այդպես չի ստացվում, մենք միանգամից աղբանոցի ենք վերածում»։
