Ավելացրեք աղ ձեր շամպունի մեջ և լվացեք մազերը։ Այս պարզ հնարքը լուծում է ամենամեծ խնդիրները՝ կապված մազերի հետ։

Սովորական աղը բարելավվում է ձեր մազերի առողջությունը, խթանում է դրանց աճին և վերացնում է գլխամաշկի որոշ խնդիրներ։ Ահա թե ինչ խնդիրների դեմ է այն պայքարում։

1. Եթե դուք ունեք յուղոտ մազեր, աղը կօգնի վերահսկել գլխամաշկի չափից շատ ճարպերը, որոնք էլ արտադրում են մեծ քանակությամբ յուղ ձեր գլխամաշկում։ Պարզապես ավելացրեք 2 կամ 3 ճաշի գդալ աղ շամպունի մեջ, որը դուք սովորաբար օգտագործում եք և լվացեք մազերը։ Արդյունքները շատ շուտով արդեն կտեսնեք։

2. Աղը վերացնում է թեփը։ Թեփը՝ մաշկի մահացած բջիջների շերտ է։ Եթե դուք սկսեք օգտագործել աղ ձեր մազերի համար, այն կխթանի արյան շրջանառությանը և կկանխի ձեր գլխի թեփը։ Բացի այդ, աղը պաշտպանում է գլխամաշկը սնկային հիվանդություններից։ Այն ամենը, ինչ ձեզ հարկավոր է անել, բաժանել մազերը սեկցիաների, լցնել 1-2 թեյի գդալ աղ գլխամաշկին և մերսել այն խոնավ մատերով մոտավորապես 10 րոպե։ Այնուհետև լվացեք մազերը, ինչպես սովորաբար եք անում։

3. Խթանում է մազերի աճին։ Այն կանխում է մազաթափությունը և խթանում նոր մազերի աճին։ Դուք պետք է լվաք մազերը սովորական ձևով, իսկ հետո մերսեք խոնավ գլխամաշկը ծովային աղով 10-15 րոպե։ Այնուհետև նորից լվացեք մազերը։ Կրկնեք այս գործընթացը շաբաթական 2 անգամ, 2 ամսվա ընթացքում։

Դուք պետք է օգտագործեք աղ, որը գտնվում է հերմետիկ փակ ամանի մեջ, քանի որ դա ամենաօգտակար աղն է ձեր մազերի համար։ Այն ամրացնում է մազերի ֆոլիկուլները և սնուցում է գլխամաշկը։ Դրանից բացի, մազաթափությունից խուսափելու համար դուք կարող եք օգտագործել նաև յոդացված աղ։
