Ալեքսիս Օհանյանի բացառիկ հարցազրույցը. «Ես մի քանի ամիս անցկացրեցի իմ հայրենիքում... Ես ազատ էի, իմ հայրենիքում, ուսումնասիրում էի իմ արմատները...»

Ալեքսիս Օհանյանը հարցազրույց է տվել NY Times-ին, որի ընթացքում խոսել է Հայաստանում իր աշխատանքի եւ կնոջ՝ Սերենա Ուիլյամսի մասին: Երիտասարդը 2012-ից հանդիսանում է Initialized Capital համասեփականատեր, որը ներդրումներ է անում ՏՏ ոլորտում:

«Ես 8-րդ կամ 9-րդ դասարանում էի, երբ համոզեցի ծնողներիս ինձ համար համակարգիչ գնել: Ես ասում էին, որ դա ինձ կօգնի իմ կարիերայում, իսկ իրականում ես ուզում էի համակարգչային խաղեր խաղալ: Սակայն հետո ես սկսեցի կայքեր ծրագրավորել անվճար: Ես վեբ դեվելոփեր էի ցանկանում դառնալ եւ հենց այդպես էլ ներկայանում էի, իսկ հաճախորդները չէին էլ կասկածում, որ ես հասարակ չարաճճի էի հայրական տանը», — պատմել է Ալեքսիսը:

Հարցին, թե ինչու էր նա որոշել ամեն ինչ թողնել եւ տեղափոխվել Հայաստան, Ալեքսիսը պատասխանել է.

«Ես կարիք ունեի որոշ ժամանակով տեխնոլոգիաներից կտրվելու: Ես մի քանի ամիս անցկացրեցի իմ հայրենիքում, կամավոր էի Kiva-ի (ամերիկյան ոչ կոմերցիոն կազմակերպություն) համար: Ես ազատ էի, իմ հայրենիքում, ուսումնասիրում էի իմ արմատները, հանդիպում բիզնեսմենների հետ, որոնք գինի եւ գործվածք էին արտադրում»
