«Արմավիրում աղանդավորները խլել են ապրիլյան պատերազմից հերոսաբար վերադարձած երիտասարդի կյանքը»

«Ուշադիր եղեք, թե պատերազմող երկրի ներսում որոշ կազմակերպությունների կողմից ինչեր են կատարվում, որն ընդհանրապես չի կարելի թույլատրել։ Վերջերս Արմավիրում տեղի ունեցավ սպանություն․ սպանեցին մի երիտասարդի, որն ապրիլյան պատերազմի քաջարի մասնակիցներից էր»,- այսօր լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում այս մասին ասաց գնդապետ, «Տիգրան Մեծ» ռազմամարզական հատուկ վարժարանի հիմնադիր-տնօրեն Կորյուն Ղումաշյանը։

«Ես եղա իրենց տանը, այնտեղ եկել էին բոլոր իր զինվորական ընկերները։ Սպանողն ո՞վ էր․ աղանդավորներից ինչ-որ մեկը։ Հետաքրքրվում եմ, իմանում, որ սպանողի ընտանիքը աղանդավորներ են, նրա հայրը այդ աղանդավորների ղեկավարն է, ու այդ աղանդավորները խլեցին մի երիտասարդի կյանք, որը պարգևատրվել էր, ապրիլյան պատերազմից հերոսաբար եկել էր։ Պետք է տեսնեիք՝ իր մարտական ընկերները, Մեղրիից սկսած՝ մինչև Գյումրի, բոլորը հավաքվել էին, ցավում էին իրենց մարտական ընկերոջ համար։ Դա մեր հասարակության սխալն է, որ թույլ ենք տալիս, դա մեր սխալն է, մեր մորթապաշտությունն է, որ մեր հասարակության մեջ թույլ են տալիս նման բան»,- հայտարարեց նա։

Ասուլիսից հետո 168.am-ը գնդապետից պարզեց, որ սպանվողը 22-ամյա Նարեկ Պողոսյանն է։ Մեզ չհաջողվեց կապ հաստատել Հայկավան համայնքի ղեկավարի հետ, բայց համայնքի մեր աղբյուրները հաստատեցին, որ Նարեկ Պողոսյանը մասնակցել է ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմին։

ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեից դեպքի վերաբերյալ գտանք հետևյալ հաղորդագրությունը․ 2018թ. մարտի 21-ին՝ ժամը 21:55-ին, «Արմավիր» բժշկական կենտրոնից հաղորդում է ստացվել առ այն, որ «կրծքավանդակի կտրած-ծակած թափանցող վերք» ախտորոշմամբ բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել 1996թ. ծնված Ն. Պողոսյանը։ Ավելի ուշ՝ մարտի 22-ին՝ ժամը 00:00-ի սահմաններում, երիտասարդն առանց գիտակցության գալու մահացել է։

Անմիջապես մեկնել է քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը և ձեռնարկել անհետաձգելի միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու համար։ Արդյունքում փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել , որ Ն. Պողոսյանը կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածքները ստացել է Արմավիր գյուղում կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ ծագած վիճաբանության ժամանակ: Նախնական տվյալներով՝ Ն.Պողոսյանին կրծքավանդակի և որովայնի շրջանում, դանակի գործադրմամբ, 7 հարված է հասցվել:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ Արմավիրի մարզի քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, մշակվել քննչական պլան: Պարզվել է ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով Արմավիր գյուղի բնակիչ է՝ ծնված 1999թ., վերջինս ձերբակալվել է և հարցաքննվել դեպքի հանգամանքների շուրջ:

168.am-ի հետ զրույցում Ղումաշյանը հաստատեց, որ Քննչական կոմիտեի հաղորդագրությունը վերաբերում է հենց իր նշած երիտասարդին։
