Խայտառակություն.Երևանում կինը գողություն է արել դեղատնից (տեսանյութ)

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ պարզելու Երևանի կենտրոնում գործող դեղատներից մեկից գողություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը:

2018թ. մարտի 6-ին հաղորդում է ստացվել առ այն, որ մարտի 2-ին ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը Մաշտոցի պողոտայում գործող դեղատներից մեկից հափշտակել է «Կանգավիտես» տեսակի դեղահաբի տուփ՝ պատճառելով գույքային վնաս:

Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 177-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, որով նախաքննությունն իրականացվում է ՀՀ ՔԿ ԵՔՔՎ Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում ստացվել են դեղատան անվտանգության տեսախցիկների՝ տվյալ օրվա տեսագրությունները, ենթարկվել զննության: Տեսանյութի մեջ երևում է, թե ինչպես է մի կին մոտենում դեղատան սրահի ցուցափեղկին, վերցնում ինչ-որ իր և հեռանում:

Քրեական գործով բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ քննությունն ապահովելու նպատակով միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ տեսանյութում պատկերված կնոջը հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։
