Երևանում երիտասարդը ընտանիքի անդամների օգնությամբ բռնաբարել է նշանածին, երբ վերջինս ցանկացել է բաժանվել նրանից

Նշանածին առևանգելու և նրան բռնաբարելու մեջ մեղադրվող 32-ամյա Արտուշն ընկերուհու հետ ծանոթացել էր գործընկերոջ տանը, աղջիկը եղել է գործընկերոջ քույրը, ով հետագայում դարձել էր նրա նշանածը:
Փաստինֆո-ին հայտնի է դարձել այս դեպքից մանրամասներ: Մասնավորապես՝ Արտուշը մի քանի անգամ գնացել է գործընկերոջ տուն, որտեղ տեսել և հավանել է վերջինիս քրոջը: Աղջկա և նրա ընտանիքի հետ փոխադարձ համաձայնության գալով՝ նրանք հանդիպել են, ապա՝ լրջացրել հարաբերությունները, նշանվել:
Նշանդրեքից հետո, ինչպես սովորաբար լինում է հայկական ավանդական ընտանիքում, խնամականչ են կազմակերպում և տղայի ընտանիքն աղջկա հարազատներին հրավիրում է իրենց տուն:
Ով իմանար, որ այս խնջույքը կարող է նպաստել նրանց հարաբերությունների ավարտին, և աղջիկը կվերանայի իր որոշումը և կցանկանա նշանդրության մատանին ետ վերադարձել:
Պարզվում է՝ այդ խնջույքի ժամանակ տղայի մերձավորները հարբել են, ձևավորվել է տհաճ մթնոլորտ, որից ելնելով՝ աղջկա ընտանիքը որոշել է հեռանալ նրանց տանից:
Այս ամենից աղջիկը հիասթափվել է ու որոշել խզել տղայի հետ հարաբերությունները:
Ապա ֆեյսբուք սոցիալական ցանցի միջոցով աղջիկը զրուցել է Արտուշի հետ, ով նրանից խնդրել է հարաբերությունները վերջնականապես պարզելու և նշանադրության մատանին ու մյուս նվերները վերադարձնելու համար վերջին հանդիպումը: Աղջիկը նախ մերժել է հանդիպման առաջարկը, ապա իրենց հարաբերությունների վերջնական ընթացքը լուծելու պայմանով համաձայնել աշխատանքի ավարտից հետո` ժամը 18:00-ի սահմաններում, հանդիպել նրա հետ:
Հենց այդ օրն էլ տղան կազմակերպել է նշանածի առևանգումը և նախնական համաձայնության եկել իր երկու գործընկերների հետ:
Իրենց փոխհարաբերությունները վերջնականապես պարզելու նպատակով նրանք հանդիպում են Երևան քաղաքի Ամիրյան փողոցում գտնվող սրճարանում, ապա քայլելով գնում դեպի Հանրապետության հրապարակի մոտակայք, որտեղից Արտուշը գործընկերների հետ աղջկան տուն ուղեկցելու պատրվակով, խաբեությամբ նստեցնում են Մերսեդես ավտոմեքենան և առևանգում:
Աղջկան տեղափոխում են Գավառ քաղաք, ապա վերադառնում Երևան՝ Արտուշի բնակարան, որտեղ վերջինիս մայրը և եղբայրը, ստեղծելով նպաստավոր պայմաններ, լքում են տունը՝ Արտուշին ու նշանածին թողելով տանը միայնակ:
Եվ հենց նույն օրը Արտուշը բռնաբարում է նշանածին, բռնությամբ մի քանի անգամ սեռական հարաբերություն ունենում նրա հետ:
Իսկ հանցագործությունը բացահայտվում է աղջկա խորամանկության արդյունքում, դեպքի հաջորդը օրը, երբ ոստիկանությունից զանգահարում են աղջկան և հրավիրում բաժին, աղջիկը նշանածի հարազատներին ասում է, որ միասին գնան ոստիկանություն, որտեղ և կասի, թե ամեն ինչ իր կամքով է տեղի ունեցել:
Տղայի հարազատները հավատալով՝ միասին ուղևորվում են ոստիկանության բաժին որտեղ և աղջիկը հաղորդում է տալիս՝ իրեն առևանգելու և բռնաբարելու մասին, որից հետո Արտուշը ձերբակալվում է:
