Նարեկը, տեղյակ լինելով, որ իր ծանոթ աղջիկը կույս չէ, հարկադրել է իր հետ ևս սեռական հարաբերություն ունենալ` ապառնալով նրան...

Անչափահասը, տեղեկանալով, որ իր ծանոթ աղջիկը կույս չէ, հարկադրել է իր հետ ևս սեռական հարաբերություն ունենալ` ապառնալով մերժման դեպքում տարածել նրա մերկ լուսանկարները: Գործը մուտքագրվել է Արարատի և Վայոց Ձորի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան:

Ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ Նարեկը 2014թ. նոյեմբեր ամսից «Վկոնտակտե» սոցիալական կայքով ծանոթացել և համակարգչով շփվել է մի աղջկա հետ, որի ընթացքում տեղեկացել է, որ աղջիկն իր նախկին ընկերոջ հետ սեռական հարաբերություն է ունեցել և կույս չէ: Վերջինիս մորը հայտնելու սպառնալիքով՝ նրանից պահանջել և նույն սոցիալական կայքով ստացել է նրա մերկ լուսանկարները, որից հետո էլ հարկադրել է իր հետ սեռական հարաբերություն ունենալ` սպառնալով մերժելու դեպքում տարածել այդ լուսանկարները:

Այդ սպառնալիքների տակ աղջիկը համաձայնել է և «Արմինո» բարի առանձնասենյակներից մեկում նրանց միջև տեղի է ունեցել սեռական հարաբերություն, որից հետո Նարեկը «Ֆեյսբուք» սոցիալական ցանցում ստեղծել է աղջկա անվամբ անհատական էջ, որտեղ տեղադրել է վերջինիցս ստացած թվով 14 հատ մերկ լուսանկարները:

Բացի այդ, Նարեկն աղջկա մասին արատավորող տեղեկությունները չհրապարակելու, նշված անհատական էջը փակելու և այլևս նրան չանհանգստացնելու դիմաց պահանջել է իր հետ կրկին ունենալ սեռական հարաբերություն և տալ 200.000 ՀՀ դրամ` միաժամանակ առաջարկելով գումարը տալ մաս-մաս և հենց «Արմինո» բարի առանձնասենյակներից մեկում շորթմամբ նրանից ստացել է 50.000 ՀՀ դրամ, որից հետո բերման է ենթարկվել ՀՀ ոստիկանու թյան ԿՀԴՊ ԳՎ:

Նարեկին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 140-րդ և 182-րդ հոդվածների 1-ին մասերով:

Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել հսկողության հանձնել:
