Արամ Խաչատրյանին գնդակահարել է ծառայակիցը. «կատակով» կրակոցները հայկական բանակում շարունակվում են (տեսանյութ)

Վայոց ձորի Ռինդ գյուղի բնակիչ, ժամկետային զինծառայող, 1998 թ. ծնված Արամ Սիրեկանի Խաչատրյանը սպանվել է հոկտեմբերի 20-ին, Մարտակերտի զորամասերից մեկում: Ուսագոտու շրջանում, աջ կողմից կրակոցի երկու հետք է եղել՝ դիտավորյալ սպանության անուղղակի ապացույց: Կրակողը Արամի ծառայակից, կրտսեր սերժանտ Դավիթ Հարությունյանն է, որը կալանավորված է:

Քննչական կոմիտեից հայտնում են, որ կրտսեր սերժանտ Դավիթ Հարությունյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել երկու դրվագով՝ ապօրինաբար մեկ ուրիշին կյանքից զրկելը /Քր. Օր-ի 104-րդ հոդվածի առաջին մաս/ և զինծառայողին վիրավորրանք հասցնելու / Քր. Օր-ի 360 հոդված/: Արդեն 6 ամիս է քննություն է ընթանում, բայց քննիչները մինչ օրս ոչ մի համոզիչ բացատրություն չեն տվել Արամի հարազատներին, թե ինչու է կրտսեր սերժանտ Հարությունյանը սպանել իրենց որդուն:

«Ասում են՝ կատակ են արել, չեն իմացել, որ զենքը լիցքավորված է», - Forrights.am-ին հայտնեց Արամի հայրը: Նա միայն գիտի, որ կրակողը Արամին սպանելուց առաջ նրա հետ վիճաբանության է բռնվել: Արամի հայրը՝ Սիրեկան Խաչատրյանը, երկու տարբեր վարկած է լսել: «Կողքի խոսակցություններից իմացել եմ, որ սիգարետի համար կռիվ ա եղել: Դե, պոստերում չի կարելի ծխել , և տվյալ անձնավորությունը պոստերում սիգարետ ա պահել, երեխեքից անընդհաը սիգարետներ ա վերցրել», - պատմում է նա:

Որդուն սպանողի անունը չի տալիս, ասում է, որ չի էլ հիշում նրա անունը: Սիրեկան Խաչատրյանին ավելի ուշ, քննիչի հետ խոսակցությունից հայտնի է դարձել պաշտոնական վարկածը, որի հիմքը մեղադրյալ Հարութունյանի ցուցմունքներն են: Ըստ դրանց, Դավիթը մոտեցել է Արամին, ասել է՝ հերիք է արևի տակ աշխատես, կսևանաս, ու հայհոյել է Արամին: Արամը սպառնացել է, թե կծեծի իրեն:

«Ինքն էլ ասել ա՝ թե բա չես կարա, ես էլ կկրակեմ: Նա ասում ա՝ ես չէի ուզում կրակեմ, Արամը դաժե ավտոմատի ստվոլը դեմ ա տվել իր դոշին, ասել ա՝ թե տղա ես, կրակի: Ասում ա՝ չեմ իմացել, որ զենքը լիցքավորված ա: Բայց մեկն էլ ցուցմունքի մեջ գրել ա, որ զենքը լիցքավորված չի եղել: Նշանակում է՝ ինքն է լիցքավորել ու կրակել», - պատմում է զոհվածի հայրը: Նա չի հավատում այս պատմությանը, չի հավատում նաև, որ ճշմարտությունը կբացահայտվի, քանի որ որդու և կրտսեր սերժանտի կռվի ականատեսներ չեն եղել:
