Նրա անունը սարսափ է տարածում. ինչպես է փխրուն իրանուհին «գազանի» վերածվել.

Իրանում շատերն են վախենում առաջին կին-բոդիբիլդեր Շիրին Նոբահարից։ Վախենում են նույնիսկ տղամարդիկ, քանի որ նա երկրի ամենաուժեղ կինն է ճանաչվել։ Այս մասին գրում է Sputnik Իրանը։

Շիրինը սկսել է սպորտով զբաղվել 14 տարեկանից, այսօր նա բացահայտ ցուցադրում է իր մարզական հաջողությունները, թեև Իրանի սպորտի նախարարությունը պաշտոնապես չի ընդունում կուլտուրիզմը։ Շիրինը ճարտարապետական ինստիտուտ է անվարտել, բայց սպորտի հանդեպ սերը հաղթել է։

 

«Ես մանկուց սիրել եմ սպորտը, հատկապես այն ամենը, ինչ կապված է գեղեցիկ մարմնի հետ։ Այդ պատճառով էլ ես իմ երազանքին հասնելու համար առաջին քայլն արեցի։ Երբեք չեմ մտածել` ինչ ապագա է ինձ սպասում։ Պարզապես վայելում մարզումներիս ամեն օրն ու ժամը։ Անգամ դժվար պահերին ես ինձ ստիպել եմ մարզասրահ գնալ։ Սպորտն ինձ օգնել է հաղթահարել դժվարությունները»,- ասել է Նոբահարին։

Շիրինին սատարել են ծնողները. նրա հայրը նախկին ըմբիշ է։ Նաբահարին վարժություններն ու տեխնիկան յուրացրել է բոդիբիլդինգի մասին ամսագրերի ու տեսանյութերի միջոցով` առանց մարզիչների ու հրահանգիչների։ Այսօր նա կանանց բոդիբիլդինգի մարզիչ է։

Շիրինի ճանապարհին շատ են եղել խոչընդոտներն ու բարդությունները, որոնք նա ինքնուրույն է հաղթահարել։

«Ես Իրանի միակ կին-բոդիբիլդերն եմ ճանաչվել։ Դա իմ կյանքի ամենախիզախ քայլն է եղել, ամենաբարդ ու վտանգավոր արկածը։ Այս տարիների ընթացքում ես մի շարք խնդիրների եմ բախվել ու միայնակ պայքարել դրանց դեմ»,- ասել է նա։

Շիրինը հույս ունի, որ կկարողանան փոփոխություններ կատարել Իրանում։ Նա չի պատրաստվում բավարարվել ունեցածով և ծրագրում է շարունակել իր գործունեությունը։
