Վարդան Բոստանջյան. «Ազատ տնտեսական գոտու ստեղծումը մեզ համար ևս մեկ պատուհան կբացի». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Երկար ժամանակ է խոսվում է Մեղրիում ազատ տնտեսական գոտի ստեղծելու մասին: Ազատ տնտեսական գոտու ստեղծման հեռանկարները բավական խոստումնալից են, ինչը տնտեսության համար առաջընթացի մեծ գրավական կլինի: Այս գոտու ստեղծման համար ընտրվել է Ագարակ քաղաքին հարող տարածքը: Խոսվում է, որ գոտու բնականոն գործունեության դեպքում 100 միլիոն դոլարի շրջանառություն կլինի:
Հայկական ազատ տնտեսական գոտին պետք է ստեղծվի իրանական «Արաս» ազատ տնտեսական գոտու համանմանությամբ: Այս նպատակով արդեն իսկ մեծ տեղաշարժեր կան՝ փոխադարձ հանդիպումներ փորձի փոխանակման նպատակով:
Հիշեցնենք, որ դեռևս այս տարվա հունվարի 27–ին Հայաստան էր այցելել «Արաս» ազատ առևտրի գոտու գործադիր տնօրեն, տնօրենների խորհրդի նախագահ Մոհսեն Խադեմ Արաբ Բաղին: Վերջինս հանդիպել էր ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարար Սուրեն Կարայանի հետ: Հայաստան այցելած պատվիրակության կազմում էին նաև Իրանի խորհրդարանի պատգամավոր, Տնտեսական բարձրագույն խորհրդի անդամ Մոհամմադ Հասան Նեժադը, հայազգի պատգամավորներ Կարեն Խանլարյանը և Ժորժ Աբրահամյանը, այլ պաշտոնյաներ, գործարարներ, փորձագետներ:
Ի դեպ, նախարարը կարևորելով Իրան–Հայաստան գործարար համագործակցությունը, հանդիպման ընթացքում նշել էր, որ Հայաստանի և Իրանի սահմանակից ազատ տնտեսական գոտիները պետք է դառնան տարածաշրջանի տնտեսական ակտիվության էպիկենտրոնը: Հանդիպման ընթացքում նաև խոսվել էր այն մասին, որ անհրաժեշտ է ստեղծել համատեղ աշխատանքային խումբ, որը կնախանշի կոնկրետ քայլեր երկու երկրների տնտեսական գոտիների ակտիվ գործակցությունը կազմակերպելու ուղղությամբ:
Տնտեսագետ Վարդան Բոստանջյանը նույնպես շատ է կարևորում Հայաստանում այդպիսի գոտու ստեղծումը: Իրանի հետ նմանատիպ համագործակցությունը նա բավական բարձր է գնահատում: Ըստ նրա՝ իրանական «Արաս» ազատ տնտեսական գոտու համանմանությամբ հայկական ազատ առևտրի գոտու ստեղծումը Հայաստանի համար չափազանց կարևոր է՝ հաշվի առնելով այսօրվա տնտեսական ազատ մրցակցության գրեթե բացակայությունը, հարկային ոչ ցանկալի ու ոչ արդյունավետ քաղաքականությունը:
«Այս պարագայում տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտները ակամայից հայտնվում են ոչ ցանկալի իրավիճակում: Ընդհուպ մինչև այն աստիճան, որ բազմաթիվները հեռանկարներ չեն տեսնում իրենց գործունեությունը Հայաստանում շարունակելու առումով: Ազատ տնտեսական գոտիների առկայությունը մասամբ հանում է այդ բոլոր բացասական կողմերը: Սրանք ևս տնտեսական աշխուժացման և ընդհանրապես զարգացման համար շատ կարևոր են: Առավել ևս, որ ԻԻՀ–ն Մեղրու տարածաշրջանում հարմար է գտնում տնտեսական ազատ գոտի ունենալը: Մեր վարչապետն էլ է դրա վերաբերյալ բարձրաձայնել: Տա Աստված, որ դա կենսագործվի, իրականություն դառնա: Այդ պարագայում մեզ համար ևս մեկ պատուհան կբացվի»,– նշեց տնտեսագետը:
