Մենք չենք բարձրացնի օրգազմ չստանալու պաթոլոգիկ անկարողությունը։ Կանանց մեծամասնությունն առողջ է եւ միանգամայն նորմալ, որպեսզի դրան հասնելու համար ոչ մի խնդիր չունենա։ Բայց, ինչպես փորձն է ցույց տալիս, մեր հայրենակիցների 30-40 տոկոսն ընդհանրապես օրգազմ չի ապրում կամ այդ նրանց կյանքում շատ հազվադեպ է պատահում։

 

Կարելի՞ է, արդյոք, սովորել օրգազմ ստանալ

Մասնագետները հայտարարում են. «Այո՛»։ Յուրաքանչյուր սեռական մերձեցման ընթացքում հզոր ու լիարժեք օրգազմն իրական է։ Ի՞նչ է դրա համար հարկավոր։ Միայն երկու բան.

- Հավատ առ այն, որ արժանի եք յուրաքանչյուր սեքսի ընթացքում օրգազմ ապրել։

Ճանաչում ենք սեփական մարմինը

Հնարավոր չէ սովորել օրգազմ ստանալ, եթե չեք ճանաչում ձեզ ու ձեր մարմինը։ Ինչպե՞ս կարելի է այն ճանաչել։ Պատասխանը պարզ է. միայն սովորելու եւ մարզումների շնորհիվ։

Դուք պետք է ինքնաբավարարմամբ զբաղվեք եւ փորձեք ձեզ օրգազմի հասցնել։ Գլխավորը բացահայտեք ձեր էրոգեն գոտիները եւ սովորեք վերահսկել սեքսուալ արձագանքները։ Յուրացնելով այս տեխնիկան՝ կարող եք օրգազմ ստանալ նաեւ տղամարդու հետ հարաբերությունների ընթացքում։

 

Դուք կարող եք տարբեր էրոգեն գոտիներ ունենալ, որոնց խթանելը կարող է ձեզ օրգազմի հասցնել. կուրծքն ու պտուկները, սեռական շրթունքներն ու հեշտոցը, փորի ներքեւի հատվածը։ Փորձեք ամեն ինչ, շոյեք մարմնի տարբեր հատվածները, որոնք ձեզ հաճույք են պատճառում։

Բայց մի մոռացեք. կնոջ գրգռվածության եւ սեքսուալության գլխավոր կառավարողը ծլիկն է։ Բացառություններ լինում են, բայց այս խոսքերը բնորոշ է կանանց մեծամասնությանը։ Այդ պատճառով մաստուրբացիայի ընթացքում փորձեք կենտրոնանալ ծլիկի վրա եւ վառ ու հզոր օրգազմը պատրաստ է։

Օրգազմ ստանալու գաղտնիքները

Այն բանից հետո, երբ դուք կսովորեք ինքներդ ձեզ հաճույք պատճառել, տղամարդու հետ նույնպես խնդիր չի լինի։ Գլխավորը մի քանի գաղտնիք հիշելն է։ Կնոջ էրոգեն գոտիները ոչ միայն սեռական օրգաններն են (կուրծքը, հեշտոցն ու ծլիկը), այլեւ նրա ամբողջ մարմինը (շրթունքները, պարանոցը, ականջները, փորը, մեջքը եւ այլն)։ Եթե տղամարդն իսկապես քնքուշ ու արարող լինի զուգընկերուհու հանդեպ, կինն օրգազմի հետ խնդիր չի ունենա։
