Ինչպես ճիշտ անել դա. Աղջիկներն ուղիղ եթերով ձեռնաշարժության դասեր են տալիս.

Ձեռնաշարժությունը (հոմանիշ` ձեռնահարություն, օնանիզմ, մաստուրբացիա, իպսացիա) էրոգեն (տարփածին) գոտիների, հաճախ` սեփական սեռականմ օրգանների արհեստական գրգռումն է` սեռական բավարարվածություն ստանալու նպատակով:

Ձեռնաշարժությունը սովորաբար սկիզբ է առնում սեռական հասունացման շրջանում և դադարում սեռական կյանքի սկսվելու հետ: Այն կապված է կենսասոցիալական աններդաշնակության հետ, որը պայմանավորված է սեռական զարթոնքով այն պահին, երբ անձը սոցիալական առումով դեռ չի հասունացել: Այդ աններդաշնակությունը խորանում է երեխաների ու դեռահասների արագացված աճի և ֆիզիկական զարգացման (աքսելերացիա) գործընթացով: Այսպիսով` ձեռնաշարժությունը միջոց է, որը հնարավորություն է տալիս վերացնել կամ մեղմացնել ֆիզիոլոգիական դիսկոմֆորտը, որի պատճառը չբավարարվող կենսաբանական պահանջմունքն է:

Որպես վատ սովորություն կարող է առաջանալ վաղ տարիքում, երբ նեղ հագուստը գրգռում է սեռական օրգանները: Առաջացող հաճելի զգացումները երեխան հետագայում ձգտում է վերապրել` դիտավորյալ գրգռելով սեռական օրգանները: Հաճախ այդպիսի զգացումներ նրան առաջինը պատճառում են ծնողները` շոյելով կամ համբուրելով տարփածին գոտիները (աճուկի շրջանը, որովայնի ստորին մասը, նստատեղը, սեռական օրգանները): Նմանօրինակ երևույթները պետք է դիտարկել իբրև սեռական դաստիարակության կոպտագույն սխալներ:

Մի շարք դեպքերում երեխաները ձեռնաշարժություն սովորում են հասակակիցներից: Առողջությանը ձեռնաշարժության բացասական ազդեցությունը պայմանավորված է ամենից առաջ դրա` չհիմնավորված, չափազանցված և մոգոնված բացասական հետևանքների հանդեպ վախով, որը կարող է հանգեցնել նյարդային խանգարումների (օնանոֆոբիա): Բացի այդ, վաղ տարիքում ձեռնաշարժությունը երեխայի ուշադրությունը կարող է հանգեցնել սեռական ոլորտի վրա և կարող է նպաստել սեռական վաղ զարթոնքին` դրանցի բխող անբարենպաստ հետևանքներով հանդերձ:
