Ընկերուհու միջադիրի վրա կծու բիբար է քսում ու նկարում դեպքերի զարգացումը. Սա պարզապես տեսնել է պետք

Առաջին միջադիրներն արտադրվել են 1970-ական թվականներին, իսկ մինչ այդ կանայք օգտագործել են կտորից կամ մառլյայից պատրաստված «ձեռագործ» միջադիրներ: Միջադիրների կիրառությունն, իհարկե, բարդ չէ, սակայն կան որոշ մանրուքներ, որոնց մասին կանանցից շատերը չգիտեն:

Քիչ հայտնի փաստեր հիգիենիկ միջադիրների մասին

1. Ամենօրյա միջադիրները չի կարելի օգտագործել ամեն օր

Մարմինը պետք է շնչի, իսկ ամենօյար միջադիրների մշտական գործածությունը նպաստում է ինտիմ հատվածներում ախտածին միկրոֆլորայի զարգացման: Ամենօրյա միջադիրները հարկավոր է օգտագործել դաշտանին նախորդող օրերին և մի քանի օր դաշտանից հետո, երբ նկատվում է առատ արտադրություն: Ընդ որում՝ հարկ է հիշել, որ այդ միջադիրներն անպայման պետք է փոխել 2-3 ժամը մեկ, այլապես կարելի է «ձեռք բերել» մի շարք հիվանդություններ, այդ թվում նաև կաթնասնկախտ(կանդիդոզ), հեշտոցաբորբ (վագինիտ) և նույնիսկ անպտղություն:

2. Հարկավոր է ուշադրություն դարձնել միջադիրի հաստությանը

Միջադիրներ կրելիս հաճախ առաջանում է խոնավ ու տաք միջավայր, որը նպաստում է ախտածին մանրէների ու գինեկոլոգիական հիվանդությունների զարգացմանը, ուստի ճիշտ հիգիենան ու հիգիենայի պարագաները շատ կարևոր են:

Ոչ մի դեպքում չի կարելի օգտագործել «գիշերային» միջադիրներ ցերեկային ժամերին կամ շատ հաստ միջադիրներ դաշտանի սկզբում: Հաճախ կանայք նման ընտրությունը պատճառաբանում են ապահովության զգացումով, մինչդեռ ապահովության համար հարկավոր է պարզապես ճիշտ ամրացնել միջադիրը:

3. Չի կարելի օգտագործել հոտավետ միջադիրներ

Տարատեսակ հոտավետիչներով միջադիրները կարող են առաջացնել ալերգիաներ ու գրգռումներ: Ցանկալի է նախապատվությունը տալ «շնչող» միջադիրներին, որոնք բակտերիաների համար սննդարար միջավայր չեն ստեղծում:

4. Անհրաժեշտ է հոգ տանել առողջության մասին

Սեռական օրգանների ու սեռական կյանքի հետ կապված ցանկացած խնդրի դեպքում հարկավոր է անմիջապես բուժզննում անցնել և պարզել տհաճ ախտանշանների պատճառը: Հարկ է հիշել, որ խնդիրները կարող են պայմանավորված լինել ոչ միայն վարակներով, այլև հիգիենիկ միջադիրներով, ալերգիկ ռեակցիայով և այլն:

Շատ կարևոր է նաև դաշտանի ժամանակ արտազատված արյան քանակությունը՝ հատկապես, եթե կնոջ մոտ արյունահոսություններ են եղել: Քչերը գիտեն, սակայն գոյություն ունի բացարձակապես անվնաս հիգիենայի պարագա՝ հատուկ դաշտանի համար նախատեսված տարրա, որը չի առաջացնում տհաճ զգացողություններ և թույլ է տալիս վերահսկել օրվա ընթացքում արտազատվող արյան քանակությունն ու կանխել արգանդի արյունահոսության վտանգը:
