Սնկից թունավորման 2 դեպք է արձանագրվել. օգտակար խորհուրդներ չթունավորվելու համար

Այս շաբաթ հանրապետությունում արձանագրվել է սնկից թունավորման 2 դեպք՝ 2 տուժածով: Թունավորման պատճառը սեփական նախաձեռնությամբ հավաքած սնկի օգտագործումն է:

Սնկից թունավորումները հիմնականում առաջանում են սնկերը չտարբերակելու կամ դրանց ոչ ճիշտ մշակման հետևանքով: Որոշ տեսակի սնկեր սննդում կարելի է օգտագործել միայն համապատասխան խոհարարական մշակումից հետո: Իսկ թունավոր սնկերը ոչ մի դեպքում չի կարելի օգտագործել, քանի որ դրանք պարունակում են այնպիսի թունավոր նյութեր, որոնք չեն ոչնչանում խոհարարական և արտադրական մշակման ժամանակ (եփել, չորացնել, սառեցնել, մարինացնել և այլն):

սննդում չօգտագործել անհայտ ծագման սունկ,
չհավաքել սունկ ճանապարհների եզրերից,
սնկերը տարբերակելու համար հիմք չընդունել նկարները, քանի որ թունավոր սունկը շատ հաճախ աճում է ուտելի սնկի մոտ, կարող են արտաքին տեսքով շատ նման լինել,
ուտելի և թունավոր սունկը տարբերակելու համար հիմք չընդունել ժողովրդական այն մոտեցումը, ըստ որի թունավոր սնկերին չեն մոտենում միջատները և այլ կենդանիները կամ եփելու ընթացքում արծաթը սևանում է և սևացնում է սնկային արգանակը,
չուտել հում սունկ,
երեխաներին չկերակրել սնկերով ուտեստներ,
խորհորդ չի տրվում աղեստամոքսային համակարգի խնդիրներ ունեցող անձանց սննդում օգտագործել սունկ,
սնկի հետ չօգտագործել ալկոհոլ, քանի որ այն ակտիվացնում է մի շարք թունավոր նյութեր,
թարմ սունկը 1 օրից ավելի չպահել նույնիսկ սառնարանային պայմաններում,
չզբաղվել ինքնաբուժմամբ:
Սնկից առաջացած թունավորումներն ունենում են սուր ընթացք: Հիվանդության առաջին նշանները կարող են ի հայտ գալ 15 րոպեից մինչև 72 ժամ: Կլինիկական հիմնական ախտանշաններն են որովայնի կտրուկ ցավը, սրտխառնոցը, անընդհատ փսխումները, առատ քրտնարտադրությունը, թքահոսությունը, գլխապտույտը, գլխացավը, անհագ ծարավի զգացումը, առանց քնկոտության զգայապատրանքը (հալյուցինացիա), ցնորքը, գիտակցության կորուստը, դեմքի կարմրությունը, սրտխփոցը, վախի զգացումը, լյարդի ախտահարման արդյունքում` մեծացած և ցավոտ լյարդը, դեղնուկը, լյարդային կոման, երիկամների ախտահարում:

Առաջին նշանների ի հայտ գալուն պես անմիջապես պետք է դիմել բժշկի, դրանից մեծապես կախված է թունավորման բարեհաջող ելքը:
