Ահա, թե ինչի մասին է խոսում տղամարդու սերմնահեղուկի հոտը և գույնը

Տղամարդու սերմի որակի եւ ընդհանուր առողջության միջեւ ուղղակի կապ կա։ Եթե սերմնահեղուկի որակը ցածր է կամ տղամարդը անպտղություն ունի, դա ամենայն հավանականությամբ կարող է նաեւ լուրջ հորմոնալ խախտումների եւ/կամ սիրտ-անոթային խնդիրների մասին վկայել։ Այս եզրակացությանն են եկել նոր հետազոտության հեղինակները։

Հետազոտության շրջանակում գիտնականները ուսումնասիրել են անպտղությամբ տառապող 30-ից 50 տարեկան 9387 տղամարդկանց սերմը, դրա քանակը, խտությունը, սպերմատոզոիդների ակտիվությունը եւ շարժունակությունը։ Պարզվել էր, որ անպտղությամբ տառապող տղամարդկանց մեծ մասի սերմի որակը բավական ցածր էր, եւ նրանցից շատերը բացի անպտղությունից նաեւ այլ հիվանդություններով էին տառապում՝ մասնավորապես, սիրտ-անոթային համակարգի հիվանդություններով եւ գերճնշմամբ։ Բացի այդ, այդ տղամարդկանց շրջանում բավական տարածված էին նաեւ մաշկային հիվանդություններն ու հորմոնալ խախտումները։

Հետազոտության հեղինակները դեռ չգիտեն, թե կոնկրետ ինչ կապ կա սերմի դեֆեկտների եւ սիրտ-անոթային խնդիրների միջեւ. առաջին հայացքից, այս բոլորովին տարբեր ոլորտներ են։ Հետազտության հեղինակ, Սթենֆորդի համալսարանի պրոֆեսոր Մայքլ Եյնսբերգը նշել է, որ տղամարդու ընդհանուր առողջության եւ պտղաբերության միջեւ իրոք ուղղակի կապ կա, եւ եթե տղամարդը երեխա չի կարողանում ունենալ, պետք է անպայման ստուգել նաեւ նրա բոլոր այլ օրգաններն ու համակարգերը, քանի որ նա կարող է այնպիսի հիվանդություն ունենալ, որի մասին պատկերացում էլ չուներ։ Այդ հիվանդության վաղ հայտնաբերումը հնարավորություն կտա ավելի արդյունավետորեն բուժել այն՝ խուսափելով հնարավոր բարդություններից։
