Ողբերգական դեպք Արմավիրի մարզում. քաղաքացուն օգնության ձեռք մեկնած ԱԺ պատգամավոր, գեներալ Սեյրան Սարոյանի ազգականը վրաերթի է ենթարկվել և մահացել. Lexus-ն էլ հայտնվել է շինության մեջ

Այսօր՝ մարտի 31-ին, ողբերգական վրաերթ-ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցել Արմավիրի մարզում: Ժամը 03:40-ի սահմաներում Lexus մակնիշի 50 CG 888 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը Երևան - Արմավիր ատոճանապարհի Մուսալեռ գյուղի վարչական տարածքում վրաերթի է ենթարկել Էջմիածին քաղաքի բնակիչ 29-ամյա Գևորգ Հովհաննիսյանին և առաջ ընթանալով բախվել Գ. Հովհաննիսյանի վարած Mercedes մակնիշի 777 LL 10 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենային և առաջ ընթանալով դուրս եկել ճանապարհի երթևեկելի գոտուց և հայտնվել կիսաշինության տարածքում: Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վրաերթի ենթարկված Գ. Հովհաննիսյանը, ով մոտ 20 մետր շպրտվել է, Վաղարշապատի բժշկական կենտրոն տեղափոխվելու ճանապարհին մահացել է: Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել Ճանապարհային Ոստիկանության 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 1-ին վաշտի, 1-ին դասակի ծառայողները՝ վաշտի հրամանատար Տիգրան Գրիգորյանի և դասակի հրամանատար Մառլեն Սարգսյանի գլխավորությամբ: Վթարի մասին ՃՈ 1-77 օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնի պատասխանատու հերթապահ Գեղամ Մարգարյանը տեղեկությունը փոխանցել է Ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է օպերատիվ խումբը՝ անչափահասների գործերով բաժանմունքի պետ Սամսոն Մելիքյանի գլխավորությամբ: Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել նաև Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության Փրկարար ծառայության Վաղարշապատի հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատի 2-րդ խումբը՝ խմբի պետ Համլետ Ղուկասյանի գլխավորությամբ: Փրկարարները հոսանքազրկել են ավտոմեքենաները, փակել գազաբալոններնն ու սահմանազատել տարածքը, որից հետո կատարել են ճանապարհի լվացման աշխատանքներ: Տեղում քննչական աշխատանքները ղեկավարել է Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչության ավագ քննիչ Սպարտակ Պողոսյանը, ում կողմից փաստի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեկան գործ ՀՀ Քր. Օր-ի 242 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով: Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է, որ մահացած Գ. Հովհաննսիյանը դեպի Երևան ընթանալիս նկատել է, որ ճանապարհին վթարվել է ВАЗ 2106 մակնիշի 34 NO 177 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայի հետևի աջ անվահեծանը ու նա իջել է ավտոմեքենայից և փորձել է օգնություն ցուցաբերել 06-ի վարորդ Արմավիրի մարզի Մրգաշատ գյուղի բնակիչ 34-ամյա Հովհաննես Սարգսյանին ու այդ ժամանակ Lexus-ը մեծ արագությամբ սլանալով վրաերթի է ենթարկել Գ.Հովհաննիսյանին: Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով որոշ ժամանակ անց Վաղարշապատի Ոստիկանություն է մեղայականով ներկայացել Արմավիրի մարզի Հայթաղ գյուղի բնակիչ 38-ամյա Վալերի Խաչատրյանը ով հայտնել է, որ Lexus-ը ինքն է վարել: Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը պարզել են, որ Lexus-ը հաշվառված է Արմավիրի մարզի Արտիմետ գյուղի բնակիչ 37-ամյա Սարիբեկ Կարապետյանի անվամբ: Ավտոմեքենաները քննիչի հանձնարարականով տեղափոխվեցին Ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժնի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք: Դեպքի վայրում հավաքվածնները նշում էին, որ 06-ի վարորդին օգնության եկած, վրաերթի հետևանքով մահացած Գ. Հովհաննիսյանը Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր, գեներալ Սեյրան Սարոյանի ազգականն էր: Լուսանկարները՝ Գագիկ Շամշյանի Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
