Նախագահին բնակարան նվիրելու մեջ արտառոց ոչինչ չկա. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Կառավարարության այսօրվա նիստում որոշում ընդունվեց նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանին բնակարան նվիրել: Այս մասին որոշման նախագիծը ներառված էր գործադիրի նիստի օրակարգում՝ առանց զեկուցման տարբերակի:

Նախագահի աշխատակազմի ենթակայության «Կոնդի առանձնատների տնտեսություն» պետական ոչ առևտրային կազմակերպության հաշվեկշռում ամրացված՝ 6–րդ մասնաշենքի մեջ մտնող շենքը և շինությունները՝ սպասարկման տարածքով հանդերձ՝ 1,5365 հա հետ կվերցվի և սեփականության իրավունքով անհատույց կտրամադրվի ՀՀ պաշտոնաթող նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանին՝ որպես բնակարան:

Տրամադրվող գույքը սեփականատիրոջ կողմից տնօրինելու նպատակով ՀՀ քաղաքացիական օրենսգրքի 213–րդ հոդվածի համաձայն կնքվելու է կամավոր գույքային սերվիտուտի պայմանագիր։

Երևանի քաղաքապետին կառաջարկվի, իսկ Պետական գույքի կառավարման վարչության և Անշարժ գույքի կադաստրի կոմիտեի ղեկավարներին կհանձնարարվի որոշումն ուժի մեջ մտնելուց հետո 10–օրյա ժամկետում ապահովել նշված գույքի նկատմամբ իրավունքների պետական գրանցումը։

Իսկ որոշումն ուժի մեջ կմտնի ապրիլի 9–ին: Որոշման բարձրաձայնումը շատերի մոտ զայրույթ է առաջացրել: Մարդիկ տարակուսում են՝ գումարի ու անշարժ գույքի կարիք չունեցող նախագահին ինչու են նոր բնակարան նվիրաբերում:

Մինչդեռ քաղաքագետ Երվանդ Բոզոյանը կառավարության այս որոշման մեջ ոչ մի տարօրինակ ու արտառոց բան չի տեսնում: Ըստ նրա՝ կառավարության որոշմամբ պաշտոնաթող նախագահին բնակարան նվիրելը սովորական կարգ է, որը բոլոր նախագահների նկատմամբ արվել է: «Փաստ»–ի ճշտող հարցին, թե մեր նախորդ նախագահներին նույնպե՞ս անշարժ գույք է նվիրվել, քաղաքագետը պատասխանեց, թե նախկին նախագահների ներկայում զբաղեցրած բնակարանները նույնպես ժամանակին նվիրաբերվել են:

Քաղաքագետի խոսքով, այսօր մարդիկ անհասկանալի պատճառներով նման որոշումից բարկանում են, բայց դա բնական գործընթաց է:
