Սյունիքում մարդ են սպանում՝ ոչ ոք չի դատվում, իսկ 10000 դրամ գողացած բազմազավակ մորը 6,5 տարով դատում են. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Սյունիքում մարզային քննչական վարչության Սիսիանի քննչական բաժնում քննիչները «կտրիճ» են դարձել ու ոգևորված քրեական գործ հարուցել երեք երեխաների մայր Հասմիկ Սարգսյանի դեմ՝ ընկերուհուց տասը հազար դրամ գողանալու համար: Իսկ արդարադատ դատարանը Հասմիկին վեց տարի վեց ամիս ազատազրկում է որոշել: Դեռ ավելին, նշվում է, որ դատարանը մեղմ է վարվել և գույքի բռնագրավում չի որոշել, քանի որ ամբաստանյալը երեք երեխաների մայր է:

Սա սրիկայություն չէ՞: Իսկ ո՞վ է այսօր պահելու այդ երեխաներին:

Ինչպիսի՜ արդարադատություն:

Ընդամենը վերջերս նույն Սյունիքում բոլորի աչքի առջև նախկին մարզպետ Սուրիկ Խաչատրյանը (Լիսկա) իր խմբով գնդակահարեց Բուդաղյան եղբայրներին, Ավետիքը զոհվեց, իսկ Արտակը ծանր վիրավորվեց: Ո՞վ է հիմա պատիժ կրում: Ոչ ոք: Ոչ ոք չդատվեց:

Իսկ ո՞ւր էին այնժամ այդ «կտրիճ» քննիչները, դատավորները, դատախազները, որ այսօր տասը հազար դրամ գողացած բազմազավակ մորը բանտ նստացրին, այն էլ վեց տարի վեց ամիս ժամկետով:

Եվ հիմա երկրի ղեկավարությունը աչք է փակելու այս աղմկահարույց ու ամոթալի դատավարության վրա՞...
