Տարօրինակ «Համախմբում». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Հայաստանյան քաղաքական դաշտում ընթացող վերախմբավորումների ու դաշինքների ձևավորման ֆոնին բավական հետաքրքիր իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել Օսկանյան-Օհանյան դաշինքում։ Վերջինս իր վերջնական պատկերը դեռ չի ստացել, սակայն ներկայում ստեղծված իրավիճակի տպավորությունն այն է, թե այս դաշինքը կարող է փլուզվել՝ այդպես էլ չկայանալով։ Բանն այն է, որ «Համախմբում» կուսակցության վարչության անդամ, նախկին ՄԻՊ Կարեն Անդրեասյանը կտրուկ քննադատության է ենթարկել Սեյրան Օհանյանին՝ նշելով, թե վերջինս պետք է անցնի քավարանով, և անընդունելի հայտարարելով Օհանյանի գլխավորությամբ դաշինքը՝ հայտարարել, որ սկզբունքային հարցերում տարաձայնությունների խորացման արդյունքում չի բացառում նաև կուսակցությունից իր դուրս գալը։
Սա, ըստ էության, բավական հետաքրքիր իրավիճակ է ստեղծում, քանի որ ներկայում Սեյրան Օհանյանը լծված է սեփական գործունեության մաքրագործման ու խմբագրման գործին, որն ակնհայտորեն տարվում է «փիառ» ակցիայի շրջանակներում, մասնավորապես իր ակտիվ ֆեյսբուքյան գրառումներում Օհանյանը փորձում է շեշտել, թե իրեն պաշտոնանկ չեն արել, այլ ինքն է հեռացել համակարգից, ինչպես նաև առավելապես ծանրանում է տնտեսական խնդիրների վրա՝ խուսափելով բանակը հիշատակելուց, որի պատասխանատուն նա եղել է տարիներ շարունակ։
Անդրեասյանի կամ, այսպես ասած, յուրայինի այս քննադատությունը բավական ծանր հետևանքներ կարող է ունենալ Օհանյանի համար, քանի որ, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, Կարեն Անդրեասյանը՝ որպես նախկին ՄԻՊ, պետք է որ բավականաչափ ինֆորմացիա ունենա բանակում տիրող իրական վիճակի և այդ վիճակի գլխավոր պատասխանատուի մասին և չի բացառվում, որ մի օր Անդրեասյանը որոշի խոսել։ Սակայն սրանից զատ, եթե «փիառ» ակցիայի շրջանակներում ընդդիմախոսներին կարելի է մեղադրել նախանձի, «չուզողության», սև քարոզչության մեջ, ապա բոլորվին այլ իրավիճակ է ստեղծվում, երբ քննադատություն է հնչեցնում ենթադրվող յուրայինը։
Սա, թերևս, հայաստանյան քաղաքական դաշտի առանձնահատկություններից մեկն է, երբ քաղաքական զարգացման որևէ սցենար հստակ չէ, սա վկայում է նաև այն մասին, որ մեր քաղաքական դաշտում իրադարձությունները հաճախ զարգանում են իռացիոնալ կերպով։
Սակայն վերադառնալով Կարեն Անդրեասյանին և «Համախմբում» կուսակցությանը, նշենք, որ Անդրեասյանի միակ թիրախը Օհանյանը չէ, և ըստ էության, նա բավական կոշտ է արտահայտվում նաև դաշինք կազմած Արամ Գասպարի Սարգսյանի դեմկուսի, Դալլաքյանի ու Հայրիկյանի մասին։ Սա արդեն իսկ վկայում է, որ այս դաշինքում ամեն ինչ այնքան էլ հարթ չէ։ Ավելին, եթե ներկա նախընտրական փուլում արդեն իսկ վերջնական չձևավորված դաշինքը ճաքեր է տալիս, ապա պետք է նշենք, որ այդ դաշինքի միասնական գործունեության հեռանկարները բավական մշուշոտ են դառնում։
Ի դեպ, պետք է նշել, որ «Համախմբման» ներսում առաջացած այս իրավիճակը կարող է բնութագրել նաև մյուս դաշինքներին, որոնց տարասեռությունը, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, բերելու է նրանց կազմալուծմանը՝ վատագույն դեպքում մինչ ընտրությունները, իսկ լավագույն դեպքում՝ արդեն խորհրդարանում։
