ՊՆ գնդապետն ու գլխավոր մասնագետը՝ ամբաստանյալի աթոռին. գործը դատարանում է

ՀՀ ՊՆ վերահսկիչ վարչության ընդհանուր վերահսկման բաժնի պետ, գնդապետ Սամվել Խաչատրյանի և ՀՀ ՊՆ ՆՏԱ դեպարտամենտի տեխնիկական ապահովման վարչության գլխավոր մասնագետ Արսեն Ղարիբջանյանի վերաբերյալ քրեական գործով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է։ Գործն ուղարկվել է Երևանի Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան։

Սամվել Խաչատրյանին և Արսեն Ղարիբջանյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ Սամվել Խաչատրյանը 2012թ. մարտի 19-ից զբաղեցնելով ՀՀ ՊՆ աշխատակազմի վերահսկիչ վարչության ընդհանուր վերահսկման բաժնի պետի տեղակալի պաշտոնը, հանդիսանալով կազմակերպչական տնօրինչական լիազորություններով օժտված պաշտոնատար անձ, 2015թ. դեկտեմբերին ծառայության բերումով տեղեկացել է, որ ՍՊԸ-ն ՀՀ ՊՆ-ի հետ կնքած ծառայությունների գնման պայմանագրի կատարման արդյունքում ստացել է գերշահույթ, ինչի կապակցությամբ վերադասի հանձնարարությամբ որոշակի ստուգողական գործողություններ է իրականացրել, ապա իր լիազորությունների շրջանակում վերադասին բարենպաստ կերպով զեկուցելու կամ իր պաշտոնական դիրքն օգտագործելով ստուգման վերաբերյալ նյութերը Դատախազություն չուղարկելուն նպաստելու դիմաց ՀՀ ՊՆ ՆՏԱ դեպարտամենտի տեխնիկական ապահովման վարչության գլխավոր մասնագետ Արսեն Ղարիբջանյանի միջոցով ՍՊԸ տնօրենից 2016թ. մարտի սկզբին պահանջել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով կաշառք, որի մի մասը ստացել է, իսկ մնացածը կտա այն ժամանակ, երբ Ս.Խաչատրյանն ավարտին կհասցնի խոստացածը:
