Գուլպա սպառող ազգի կամ՝ 3 միլիոն շնչին 8 միլիոն սառնարան հասնող ներմուծման մասին.«Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը երեկ իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում մի հետաքրքիր ինֆոգրաֆիկա է հրապարակել, որը վերաբերում է 2017–2018 թթ. հունվար և փետրվար ամիսների ներմուծման համեմատական արդյունքներին՝ ըստ որոշ ապրանքատեսակների։

Համեմատական աղյուսակների մեջ բերվել են անցած երկու ամիսների` հագուստի, կենցաղային տեխնիկայի, սննդի ու ավտոմեքենաների ներմուծման ցուցանիշները: Այս պաշտոնական ինֆոգրաֆիկան բավական գեղեցիկ է ու խոսուն, ու միայն այն տեսնելով՝ կարելի է մտածել, թե մեզ մոտ ամեն ինչ լավ է, տնտեսությունը զարգանում է, պահանջարկ կա և այլն, և այլն:

Այդ ցուցանիշների ամենահետաքրքիր մասը վերաբերում է գուլպաներին, ավելի ճիշտ՝ դրանց թվաքանակին: Ըստ վարչապետի կողմից հրապարակված ցուցանիշների՝ այս տարվա հունվար–փետրվար ամիսներին Հայաստան է ներմուծվել ոչ ավել ոչ պակաս 43 միլիոն 683 հազար զույգ գուլպա, ինչի աճի տեմպը նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատությամբ կազմել է 2368%: Այսինքն՝ սրանից մեկ տարի առաջ այս ամիսների համար հայերին բավական էր 1 միլիոն 845 հազար զույգ գուլպան, իսկ այսօր՝ 45 անգամ ավելի:

Թե գուլպաների հայկական պահանջարկն ինչու է այսպես աստղաբաշխական տեմպերով աճել մեկ տարում, դժվար է հասկանալ և գուցե պետք էլ չէ: Իսկ թե այդ գուլպաների անվան տակ իրականում ինչ ենք ներկրել մեր երկիր, հայտնի չէ:

Ամեն դեպքում բացասականն այստեղ ոչ թե այդ գուլպաների մեծ թիվն է, որովհետև, իսկապես, բացասական լինել այն չի կարող, քանի որ խոսում է պահանջարկի մասին, այլ այն, որ սեփական երկիրդ չի կարողանում ապահովել ամենահասարակ սպառման իրերի անրաժեշտ քանակը: Գուցե վարչապետի գրառումից ոգևորված որոշ գործարարներ մտափոխվեն ու սկսեն գուլպա՞ արտադրել:

Կրկնակի աճ է գրանցվել նաև գործվածքների պարագայում: Ներմուծումն ավելացել է գրեթե երկու անգամ: Այս տարի ունեցել ենք 2 միլիոն 731 հազար քառակուսի մետր գործվածքի ներմուծում, իսկ նախորդ տարի՝ 1 միլիոն 381 հազար:

Այս ապրանքների ներմուծման ծավալների ավելացմանը զուգահեռ որոշակիորեն նվազել է կոշկեղենի ու տղամարդկանց հագուստի ներմուծումը:

Կենցաղային տեխնիկայի և տան պարագաների աղյուսակում էլ առաջին տեղը զբաղեցնում էին սառնարանները: Ըստ այդմ, այս տարի Հայաստան է ներմուծվել 8322 հատ սառնարան, նախորդ տարվա 1898–ի փոխարեն: Այստեղ ամենուշագրավն այն է, որ ինֆոգրաֆիկայում նշված է, թե ներմուծվել է 8 միլիոն 322 հազար հատ սառնարան, ինչը շատերին ֆանտաստիկայի ժանրից կարող է թվալ: Եվ իսկապես, հազիվ 3 միլիոն բնակչություն ունեցող երկրի ինչի՞ն է պետք 8 միլիոն սառնարանը: Բարեբախտաբար, վարչապետի գրառման տակ նրա մամուլի քարտուղար Արամ Արարատյանը նշել է, թե իրականում տեղի է ունեցել վրիպակ: Նա այսօր մակագրել է, թե սառնարանների չափման միավորը նշվել էր «հազար հատ»՝ ուղղակի «հատ»–ի փոխարեն:
