Մոսկվայի Նիկուլինսկի դատարանը մեղավոր է ճանաչել «օրենքով գող» Շաքրո Մոլոդոյին՝ նույն ինքը Զախարի Կալաշովին, 8 մլն ռուբլու շորթման մեղադրանքում: Քննության վարկածով՝ Շաքրո Մոլոդոյը գումարը շորթել է մոսկովյան «Elements» ռեստորանի սեփականատիրոջից: Այդ մասին գրում է «Life.ru»-ն:

Թե որքան ժամանակով ազատազրկման դատապարտվել «օրենքով գող»-ը, ռուսական լրատվամիջոցներն այդ մասին դեռևս լռում են. ամենայն հավանականությամբ հայտի կդառնա առաջիկայում:

Հիշեցնենք, որ մեղադրողը դատարանին խնդրել է շորթումների գործով Շաքրո Մոլոդոյ մականվամբ «օրենքով գող» Զախարի Կալաշովին դատապարտել 10-ը տարվա ազատազրկման խիստ ռեժիմի գաղութում:

Դատախազը նաև պահանջել է Շաքրոյի նկատմամբ նշանակել տուգանք՝ 700 հազար ռուբլու չափով: Գործի մյուս ֆիգուրանտների համար մեղադրանքի կողմը խնդրել է ազատազրկում 7- 12 տարի ժամկետներով:

Կալաշովը հերքում է շորթումներ կազմակերպելու ու «օբշչակ» պահելու մեղադրանքը:
