Ամենահարուստ և ամենաաղքատ մարզպետները.«Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Հայաստանը բավական կոլորիտային, միմյանցից էապես տարբերվող մարզեր ունի: Բայց պարզվում է, որ մարզերի ղեկավարները նույնպես ունեն իրենց յուրահատկությունները և տարբերվող գծերը՝ մեկը միլիարդատեր է, մյուսը՝ «հետ գցած» փող չունի, երրորդը՝ սեփական տրանսպորտային միջոց չունի, մյուսը երկուսն ունի, որից մեկն էլ` մոտոցիկլետ: Չորրորդն էլ՝ թանկարժեք ժամացույցների և նկարների սիրահար է:
«Փաստը» փորձեց պարզել, թե Հայաստանի մարզպետներից ո՞վ է ամենից հարուստը, ո՞վ համեստ միջոցների տեր և ո՞վ իր տանը թանկարժեք գույք ունի, ինչը կարող է հետաքրքիր լինել հանրությանը: Այս ամենը` ըստ օրինական գրանցված հայտարարագրերի:
Այսպես, առաջին հորիզոնականն է զբաղեցնում ամենից հարուստ, ավելին՝ միլիարդատեր Կարապետ Գուլոյանը, ով նախորդ տարվա ապրիլին նշանակվեց Կոտայքի մարզպետ: Նրա դրամական միջոցները պաշտոնը ստանձնելու օրվա դրությամբ կազմել են 1 միլիարդ 344 միլիոն 950 հազար դրամ: Գուլոյանը մեկ առանձնատուն, մեկ բնակարան և 700 հազար դոլար արժողությամբ փոխառություններ ունի:
Հայաստանյան մարզպետներից թանկարժեք գույք ունի Սյունիքի մարզպետ Վահե Հակոբյանը, ով հայտարարագրել է բնակարան, հողամաս, «LEXUS ES 250» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա և «HARLEY–DAVIDSON Night Rod Special» մակնիշի մոտոցիկլ: Նրա փոխառությունները կազմում են 50 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար և 147 միլիոն 406 հազար դրամ: Վերջինս 8 միլիոն դրամը գերազանցող 4 հատ ժամացույց, մեկ ջրանկար, յուղանկար, նկար և սրբապատկեր ունի: Իսկ նրա դրամական միջոցներն էլ կազմում են 195 հազար դոլար, 35 միլիոն դրամ և 120 հազար եվրո:
Իրենց ունեցած զգալի չափի դրամական միջոցներով առանձնանում են նաև Արմավիրի մարզպետ Աշոտ Ղահրամանյանը, Արագածոտնի մարզպետ Գաբրիել Գյոզալյանն ու Արարատի մարզպետ Գառնիկ Աբրահամյանը: Աշոտ Ղահրամանյանը փետրվար ամսվա դրությամբ ունի 18 միլիոն 340 հազար դրամ գումար: 2016 թ. մարտին Արագածոտնի մարզպետ նշանակված Գաբրիել Գյոզալյանն ունի նոր կառուցված մեկ շինություն, իսկ նրա դրամական միջոցները պաշտոնը ստանձնելու օրվա դրությամբ կազմել են 5 միլիոն դրամ, 35 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար և 3 հազար եվրո: Արարատի մարզպետ Գառնիկ Աբրահամյանի գույքի և եկամուտների հայտարարագրից էլ տեսնում ենք, որ նա «FORD COURRIER VAN 1.3» մակնիշի բեռնատար ավտոմեքենայի սեփականատեր է և 10 միլիոն 400 հազար դրամ, 35 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար և 15 հազար եվրո դրամական միջոցներ ունի:
Թվարկված մարզպետների կողքին առանձնանում է Լոռու մարզպետ Արթուր Նալբանդյանը, ով բավական համեստ միջոցներ ունի: Նա հայտարարագրել է միայն 175 հազար դրամի չափով փոխառություններ և 2 միլիոն 307 հազար դրամ գումար:
Սրա հետ միասին կան և այնպիսիք, ովքեր իրենց վերջին հայտարարագիրը ներկայացնելու օրվա դրությամբ դրամական միջոցներ ընդհանրապես չեն ունեցել: Դրանց թվում են Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետ Ռաֆիկ Գրիգորյանն ու Վայոց ձորի մարզպետ Հարություն Սարգսյանը:
