Սեյրան Օհանյանն իր ունեցվածքը թողած ուրիշներին է ակնարկում (լուսանկարներ)

ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը երեկ հանդես եկավ հերթական տեսաուղերձով, որտեղ հիմնավորում էր, թե ինչու է որոշել դուրս գալ պետական համակարգից: Նույն տեսաուղերձում նա անդրադարձ է կատարել տարբեր երկրների զարգացման ուղիներին:

«Պարզ է, որ նորմալ հասարակարգում պետք է հաստատված լինեն արդար եւ օրինական հարաբերություններ, որտեղ հարուստներն իրենց ունեցածի մի մասը հարկային ողջամիտ համակարգի միջոցով զիջում են, սոցիալական պատասխանատվություն են ստանձնում հասարակության մյուս շերտերի առաջ, վայելում են հանրության հարգանքն ու չեն վախենում սեփականության կորստից: Այդ բանաձեւը կոչվում է պետության բարօրության գաղափար, որն առկա է աշխարհի գրեթե բոլոր զարգացած երկրներում եւ որի կառուցման ճանապարհով պետք է գնանք նաեւ մենք՝ ՀՀ-ի քաղաքացիներս…»,- հայտարարել էր Սեյրան Օհանյանը:

Հարկ է հանրությանը հիշեցնել, թե տարիներ շարունակ պետական պաշտոն զբաղեցնող Սեյրան Օհանյանն ինչ կարողության տեր է դարձել:

«Պիրամիդա» ժամանցի կենտրոն

Սեյրան Օհանյանը ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության նախարար-պաշտպանության բանակի հրամանատար եղած ժամանակ 2002 թվականին քաղաքացիներ Տիգրան Մովսիսյանի եւ Շանթ Ալեքսանյանի հետ ստեղծել է «ՍՏՇ Պիրամիդա» սահմանափակ պատասխանատվությամբ ընկերությունը: «ՍՏՇ» հապավումն էլ նրանց երեքի անվան առաջին տառերի միացությունն է: Մինչեւ 2005 թվականն այս ընկերության բաժնետերերի մեջ փոփոխություն է լինում եւ 2005-ին Սեյրան Օհանյանի հայրը՝ Մուշեղ Օհանյանը դառնում է այդ ընկերության 55 տոկոս բաժնետեր: Երեւան քաղաքի Սայաթ-Նովա պողոտայում գտնվող «Պիրամիդա»-ն սկզբում գիշերային ակումբ է եղել, որի հետ կապված մամուլում բազմաթիվ աղմկոտ հրապարակումներ են եղել: «Հետք» էլեկտրոնային պարբերականը մանրամասն անդրադարձել է «Պիրամիդա»-ի պատմությանը: Նշենք, որ այժմ այս սրճարանի տարածքի մի հատվածում մինչ օրս էլ ժամանցի կենտրոն է գործում, որտեղ ՀՀ քաղաքացիների մուտքն այդքան էլ ցանկալի չէ: Հյուրերի մեծ մասն օտարերկրացի են՝ հիմնականում Իրանից:
