Էրոտիկ երազների պատճառը. Ի՞նչ են տեսնում տղամարդիկ և կանայք էրոտիկ երազում

Հնարավոր է՝ էրոտիկ երազներն այնքան էլ չեն համընկնում իրական կյանքում ձեր ցանկությունների հետ, սակայն դրանք սեռական ցանկության շարունակությունն են։ էրոտիկ երազներն ուղղակիորեն կախված են մեր զգացմունքներից, կենսափորձից, պատկերացումից և ցանկություններից։ Երբեմն դրանք կարող են զարմացնել ինքներս մեզ։

1. Էրոտիկ երազներն ընդամենը պատասխան են ձեր սեքսուալ իմպուլսներին և պահանջներին։ Մենք ոչ միշտ ենք ցանկանում իրականում զգալ այն, ինչ երազում տեսել ենք, բայց մենք սպասում ենք որոշակի զգացմունքների, որոնք նման են երազում մեր ունեցած զգացմունքներին։ Կարող է այնպես ստացվել, որ մենք իրականում ֆիզիկական կոնտակտ ենք ցանկանում այն մարդու հետ, ում երազում տեսնում ենք, և, քանի որ երազները սահմաններ չունեն, մենք կարող ենք ազատություն տալ ցանկություններին։

2. Մեր երազները հաճախ էրոտիկ կամ զգացմունքային տեսք ունեն, բայց դրանք վատ են կառուցված։ Շատ քիչ են դեպքերը, երբ մեր երազների սյուժեն ռեալիստական է։ Սովորաբար երազներում մենք մեզ ընդհանրապես այնպես չենք պահում, ինչպես իրական կյանքում։ Այդ պատճառով էլ մենք հաճախ երազում վայրիություն, դաժանություն, բռնություն, ագրեսիա կամ էլ որևէ ծիծաղելի բան ենք տեսնում։ Էրոտիկ երազների անսովոր էությունը կարող է շփոթեցնել մեզ և անհանգստացնել։ Այդ պատճառով էլ անհրաժեշտ է իմանալ, որ այդպիսի երազները բնական են և կապված չեն էմոցիոնալ որևէ խնդրի հետ։

3.Երբեմն մենք կարող ենք ֆիզիոլոգիական փոփոխություններ նկատել արթնանալուց հետո։Էրոտիկ երազի ընթացքում գրգռումը կարող է այնքան ռեալ լինել, որ արթնանալուց հետո անձը կարող է գրգռման ֆիզիոլոգիական արտահայտություններ նկատել։ Սա ապացուցում է, որ մեր ուղեղը կարող է ազդել մեր օրգանիզմի վրա։
