«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Լալա Բեռնեցյանի 7 տարեկան դուստրը փոխվել է, դարձել լռակյաց, պարփակված, դպրոցում ոչ մի բանի չի մասնակցում, չնայած լավ սովորող աշակերտ է եղել: Այս փոփոխություններն իրենց պատճառն ունեն: Հայրը՝ Էդուարդ Զեյթունյանը, հուլիսյան դեպքերի ժամանակ, Սարի թաղում ոստիկանների հետ տեղի ունեցած բախումներից հետո ձերբակալվել է իշխանության ներկայացուցչի՝ ոստիկանի վրա ձեռք բարձրացնելու մեղադրանքով:
Լալան դստեր հետ ապրում է հայրական տանը, չի կարող աշխատել, քանի որ երեխային պահող չունի: Ասում է, որ մինչ ձերբակալվելը ամուսինը շինարարությամբ էր զբաղվում և կարողանում էր ապահովել ընտանիքի ապրուստը: Նրանք մեկ տարի առաջ էին Հայաստան եկել Աբխազիայից և պատրաստվում էին նորից այնտեղ վերադառնալ, բայց չհասցրեցին: Ինչպես Լալան է ասում՝ ընկանք էս կրակի մեջ:
Պատմում է, որ ամուսնու ձերբակալությունից հետո ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում է հայտնվել և եթե իր կամ ամուսնու եղբայրները չօգնեն՝ նա անելանելի վճակում կհայտնվի: Երեք տարի առաջ դժբախտ ելքով ավտովթարից հետո իր տղային կորցրած կնոջ համար սա երկրորդ մեծ հարվածն է:
Լալան պատմում է, որ հուլիսի 19–ին իր ամուսինը թաղի մի քանի այլ տղամարդկանց հետ դուրս էին եկել հարցնելու, թե ինչի համար են իրենց զրկել գազից, ջրից, լույսից ու տրանսպորտից: Կողմերի միջև վիճաբանություն է սկսվել: «Բայց ոչ մեկի չի խփել, չի կպել, ոչ մի ոստիկան իր վրա բողոք չունի»,– նշում է Լալան:
Պատմում է, որ մոտեցել է քննիչ Հարությունյանին, խնդրել, որ ամուսնուն չձերբակալեն: «Ասեցի մի էլի տարեք, շատ ծայրահեղ վիճակում կհայտնվեմ: Իսկ ինքն ինձ ասաց, թե նա 3 օր ժամանակ ունի: Եթե նա չի ցանկանում ինքն իրեն օգնել, անուններ տալ, այ դրա համար ինքը պիտի նստի: Ստացվում է, որ եթե իմ ամուսինը տար կոնկրետ թաղի տղաների անունները, ինքը կլիներ անմեղ»,– վրդովված նշեց Լալան:
Հուսահատ կնոջ խոսքով՝ դատավոր Աննա Դանիբեկյանը կարծես տրամադրված լինի իրենց դեմ, մինչ այդ ներկայացված բոլոր միջնորդություներն իրար ետևից մերժել է: Ամուսինը առողջական խնդիրներ ունի՝ ողնաշարի դիսկերի, սրտի և ճնշման: Անհապաղ ազատ արձակելու վերաբերյալ միջնորդություն էին ներկայացրել, սակայն դատարանը մերժել էր:
Լալա Բեռնեցյանը «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ դիմել է և նախագահին, և վարչապետին: Ստացել է մի թուղթ, որի վրա գրված է, թե իրեն Երևան քաղաքի դատախազությունը կպատասխանի: Երևան քաղաքի դատախազությունն էլ պատասխանել է, որ իրենք կնոջ հարցը ուղարկել են քննարկման տիկին Դանիբեկյանի մոտ:
«Դատավորն էլ դրանք արհամարհել է, ինքը միջնորդություն ա լսում ձեռքը գլխի տակ դրած: Իրեն դատը չի հետաքրքրում: Դատարանում դատ չի լինում, որ փաստաբանը միջնորդություններ ներկայացնի կամ տեսանյութեր տրամադրի: Դատը նշանակվում ա ժամը 4–ին, սկսվում 4–ն անց կես: Տիկին Դանիբեկյանը միջնորդությունը լսելուց հետո ուղիղ մեկ ժամ քննարկում է միջնորդությունը, գալիս ա արդեն 6–ից 15 պակաս, միջնորդությունը մերժում ա, լսում ա հաջորդ փաստաբանի միջնորդությունը ու դատը հետաձգում, քանի որ աշխատանքային ժամն ավարտվեց: Ինքը նույնիսկ քննարկման գնալիս գործն իր հետ չի տանում, գործը մնում ա իրա սեղանի վրա: 15–20 րոպե հետո իր կատարածուն գալիս է, գործը տանում դատավորին տալիս: Ծաղրանք ա, դա դատական նիստ չի: Հեռվից երևումա՝ պատվեր կատարող դատավորա»,– նշեց Լալան:
