Տաշած քարը գետնին չի մնում. Բաղմանյանին հեռացրին Հայաստանից, բայց գործ տվեցին. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Այսօր Սերժ Սարգսյանը հրամանագիր է ստորագրել գեներալ–լեյտենանտ Հայկազ Բաղմանյանին Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության (ՀԱՊԿ) Միացյալ շտաբի պետի տեղակալ նշանակելու մասին: Բաղմանյանն, ըստ հրամանագրի՝ այս պաշտոնում է նշանակվել երեք տարի ժամկետով:

Հատկանշական է, որ ընդամենը ամիսներ առաջ գեներալ–լեյտենանտ Հայկազ Բաղմանյանը, ով այն ժամանակ դեռևս ՀՀ ԶՈւ Գլխավոր շտաբի պետի տեղակալի պաշտոնն էր զբաղեցնում, ազատվել էր այդ բարձրաստիճան աշխատանքից: Այս մասին լրագրողներին հայտնել էր ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը, հավելելով, թե գեներալը չի կատարել աշխատանքային մի շարք պայմանավորվածություններ և որ այդ ամենը անհամատեղելի էր հետագա համատեղ ծառայության հետ:

Հավանաբար Բաղմանյանն անցած ամիսների ընթացքում հասկացել է իր սխալն ու թերացումները և խոստացել՝ այլևս այդպես չանել: Հակառակ դեպքում նման պատճառաբանությամբ աշխատանքից ազատված պաշտոնյային կրկին պաշտոն տալը, առավել ևս՝ ՀԱՊԿ–ում, դժվար է հասկանալ:

Այս նշանակումը անտրամաբանական է նաև քաղաքագետ Վիգեն Հակոբյանի համար, ով, սակայն, դրա մեջ դրական բան էլ է տեսնում: «Փաստ»–ի հետ զրույցում քաղաքագետը նշեց, որ դրականն այստեղ այն է, որ Բաղմանյանի գործունեությունը անմիջապես Հայաստանի հետ չի կապված լինելու, այլ՝ ՀԱՊԿ շրջանակների:

«Գոնե հեռացրել են Հայաստանից: Կարծում եմ, որ կադրային քաղաքականության ու որոշման մեջ որևէ հետևողականություն ու տրամաբանություն չկա: Եթե նման պատճառաբանությամբ մեկին հանում են աշխատանքից, ինչպե՞ս կարելի է հետո նույնիսկ ավելի պատասխանատու պաշտոնի նշանակել: Սրանից կարելի է ենթադրել, որ համենայն դեպս նշանակողների համար Հայկազ Բաղմանյանը շատ կարևոր կադր է ու անխորտակելի»,– նշեց նա:
