Ամենից բարձր աշխատավարձ ստանում են Սյունիքի մարզում. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Աշխատավարձի վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվության աղբյուրը վիճակագրական մշտադիտարկմամբ ընդգրկված կազմակերպություններից հավաքագրվող «Աշխատողների թվաքանակի և աշխատավարձի մասին» պետական վիճակագրական հաշվետվությունն է և առևտրային փոքր և գերփոքր կազմակերպություններում իրականացվող «Աշխատողների թվաքանակի և աշխատավարձի մասին» ընտրանքային հետազոտությունը:
Ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայությունը հրապարակել է աշխատավարձի ցուցանիշների ժամանակագրական շարքը սկսած 1970–2015 թթ. ժամանակահատվածում: Եվ այդ ցուցանիշներից կարելի է նկատել, որ անցած 45 տարիների ընթացքում Հայաստանում մարդկանց վարձատրությունը էական փոփոխությունների է ենթարկվել: Օրինակ՝ 1992 թ. օրենքով սահմանված նվազագույն աշխատավարձը կազմել է ոչ ավել ոչ պակաս՝ 280 դրամ: Դա տևել է մի քանի ամիս: Արդեն 1992–ի հոկտեմբերից նվազագույն աշխատավարձը սահմանվել է 1200 դրամ: Իսկ նույն տարվա համար միջին ամսական անվանական աշխատավարձն էլ կազմել է 1395 դրամ:
Միջին ամսական անվանական աշխատավարձը հաշվարկվում է աշխատանքի վարձատրության և դրան հավասարեցված այլ վճարումների (այսուհետ` աշխատավարձ) ընդհանուր գումարը հարաբերելով աշխատավարձի հաշվարկման համար կիրառվող աշխատողների միջին ամսական թվաքանակին:
Հատկանշական է, որ ընդամենը մեկ տարի անց՝ 1993 թ.–ին, միջին ամսական անվանական աշխատավարձի չափը ավելացել է մոտ 10 անգամ՝ կազմելով 12 հազար 173 դրամ: Արդեն 2000–ականներին միջին ամսական անվանական աշխատավարձի աճի տեմպի ակտիվություն է նկատվում:
2000 թ.–ից սկսած այն հաղթահարում է 20 հազար դրամի շեմը և տարիների ընթացքում գերազանցում 100 հազար դրամը: Ամենավերջին տվյալներով՝ ըստ 2015 թ. ցուցանիշների, միջին ամսական անվանական աշխատավարձը կազմում է 171 հազար 615 դրամ: Այստեղ, իհարկե, կարելի է նշել նաև այն, որ տարեցտարի աշխատավարձի բարձրացմանը զուգահեռ բարձրացել են նաև ապրանքների և տարբեր ծառայությունների գները:
Ինչ վերաբերում է աշխատավարձի չափին ըստ Հայաստանի մարզերի, ապա նշենք, որ այդ առումով ամենից բարձր աշխատավարձ է սահմանվել Սյունիքի մարզում: Այստեղ միջին ամսական անվանական աշխատավարձը կազմել է 197 հազար 836 դրամ: Երկրորդ տեղում է մայրաքաղաք Երևանը՝ 180 հազար 105 դրամ աշխատավարձով, իսկ երրորդ տեղում Կոտայքի մարզը՝ 146 հազար դրամ աշխատավարձով: Ի դեպ, ըստ վիճակագրության՝ ամենից քիչ անվանական աշախատավարձ են ստանում Արագածոտնի մարզում, այստեղ միջին ամսական անվանական աշխատավարձը կազմել է 119 հազար 174 դրամ:
