Միհրան Պողոսյանի գործը կարճվել է

Միհրան Պողոսյանի գրասենյակն այսօր տարածել է հաղորդագրություն, որում նշվում է, թե Պանամայի օֆշորային գործարքների հետ կապված սկանդալային նյութերով ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում 2016 թվականի մայիսին հարուցված քրեական գործը կարճվել է:

«Արդարադատության գեներալ-մայոր Միհրան Պողոսյանին վերագրվող օֆշորային հայտնի հրապարակումները և ՀՀ Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում այդ նյութերով հարուցված քրեական գործը անցած ավելի քան 8 ամիսների ընթացքում եղել է պատկան մարմինների, հասարակության լայն շրջանակների անաչառ ուշադրության կենտրոնում: Քրեական վարույթի իրականացման ընթացքում աջակցություն ենք ցուցաբերել Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությանը, իսկ իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող հրապարակումների վերաբերյալ պարբերաբար տեղեկատվություն ենք տվել հասարակությանը և ԶԼՄ-ների ներկայացուցիչներին: Ի թիվս մամուլի հրապարակումներում առկա հարցապնդումները հերքող մի շարք այլ փաստաթղթերի՝ ներկայացվել է, օրինակ, օֆշորային ընկերությունների և Միհրան Պողոսյանին վերագրվող հաշիվների առկայության վերաբերյալ շվեյցարական «LGT» բանկի հայտնի հերքումը, որով փաստվում է, որ բանկային հաշիվներ չեն բացվել, հետևաբար՝ չկա ֆինանսական շարժ, ուստի և՝ խոսք չի կարող լինել ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեության մասին։
Հայտնում ենք, որ ՀՀ Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունը քրեական գործով վարույթը կարճել է՝ ղեկավարվելով ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքի 18-րդ հոդվածով, 35-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի 2-րդ կետով, 55-րդ հոդվածով, 124-127-րդ և 261-263-րդ հոդվածներով՝ արարքում հանցակազմի բացակայության հիմքով»։

Հիշեցնենք` 2016-ի ապրիլի 3-ին Հետաքննող լրագրողների միջազգային կոնսորցիումը հրապարակել էր «Պանակական փաթեթ», որում ներկայացված էր փողերի լվացմամբ զբաղվող ավելի քան 100 հազար օֆշորային կազմակերպության անուն: Հետաքննության կենտրոնում էին հայտնվել մի շարք երկրների առաջնորդներ, բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներ, հայտնի մարզիկներ և այլք: Մասնավորապես, այդ ցուցակում էր հայտնվել ՀՀ ԴԱՀԿ նախկին պետ Միհրան Պողոսյանի անունը, ով այդ սկանդալից հետո ստիպված հրաժարականի դիմում ներկայացրեց:
