Պատերազմն ամեն րոպե կարող է վերսկսվել, իսկ բանակին քննադատողները կմնան տաք սենյակներում. Արշալույս Փայտյան

Գեներալ-լեյտենանտ, ՀՀ ԶՈւ Գլխավոր շտաբի պետի նախկին տեղակալ Արշալույս Փայտյանի դիտարկմամբ՝ Հայաստանն այսօր ունի կայուն, հաղթող և ռազմական տեխնիկայով համալրվող բանակ։ Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում նա ասաց, որ ցանկացած պահի հակառակորդը կարող է պատերազմ հրահրել, քանի դեռ չկա խաղաղության պայմանագիր և դիվանագիտական «կորպուսներում» Արցախյան հարցը առկախված է։

-Պարո՛ն գեներալ, բանակի հիմնադրման տարիներից մինչ այսօր ի՞նչ ձեռքբերումներ ենք ունեցել, հիմնական մարտահրավերները որո՞նք են եղել, հակառակորդի գործողություններին ինչպիսի՞ պատասխան է տրվել։

-Մեր անկախ պետության լավագույն ձեռքբերումներից մեկը մեր ազգային բանակն է։ Չխորանալով տարիների ընթացքում ձեռք բերած հաջողությունների մեջ՝ ասեմ, որ միայն վերջին ժամանակահատվածում սահմանում տեղի ունեցող իրադարձությունները փաստել են, որ մենք ունենք կայուն, հզոր, զարգացող,մարտավարական բոլոր հմտություններով առլեցուն կառույց, որը կարողանում է մեր անկախ պետության կայունությունը ապահովել։

Ապրիլյան պատերազմի վերաբերյալ տարբեր տեսակետներ կան թե՛ քաղաքացիական անձանց, թե՛ մտավորականների, թե՛ զինվորականների մոտ։ Ես, որպես զինվորական, կարծում եմ, որ մեր հայ զինվորն ապացուցեց, որ ցանկացած պարագայում կարող է հաղթող լինել։ Ւնչ վերաբերում է տարածքի հանձման մասին խոսակցություններին՝ կապված 800 հեկտարի հետ, ապա պատերազմի ժամանակ տարածքի հանձնումներ չեն լինում, պատերազմի ժամանակ լինում են ժամանակավոր նահանջներ, իսկ ժամանակավոր նահանջներն ավելի մեծ հաղթանակներ ունենալու համար են։

-Ապրիլյան էսկալացիայի ժամանակ զինամթերքի, զինտեխնիկայի համալրման հետ կապված մտահոգություններ կային, Դուք այդ մտահոգությունները կիսո՞ւմ եք։ Կարծում եք՝ անհրաժեշտություն կա՞ սպառազինության մրցավազքի մեջ մտնելու։

-Ինչ վերաբերում է քննադատություններին, թե 80-ականների զենք-զինամթերք է եղել, զինտեխնիկայի պակաս ենք ունեցել, ապա այդպիսի խոսակցությունները աբսուրդ են, բանակն այսօր ժամանակի պահանջին համապատասխան զինված է։ Այլ բան, որ մենք ցանկանում ենք ավելի հզոր զինտեխնիկայով համալրվել, և ես համոզված եմ, աստիճանաբար համալրման գործընթացը կատարվում է։ Բայց մրցավազքի մեջ մտնելը միշտ չէ, որ ընդունելի է։
