SHAMSHYAN.com-ին է նամակով դիմել 29-ամյա Էրիկ Ստեփանյանը, ով հայտնեց, որ ընտանիքը ծանր իրավիճակում է գտնվում, քանի որ իր մայրը առողջական լուրջ խնդիրներ է ունեցել և նրան փրկելու համար ընտանիքը բանկից վարկով գումար է վերցրել. «Ես՝ Էրիկ Վահանի Խաչատրյանն եմ: Ծնվել եմ 1988թ. Ստեփանակերտ քաղաքում: Ես զոհված զինծառայողի տղա եմ: Հայրս զոհվել է Արցախյան պատերազմի ժամանակ 1992թ.ապրիլի 29-ին: Ձեզ դիմում եմ երկու խնդրանքով: Մայրս ունի առողջական մի շարք խնդիրներ և վիրահատության կարիք, որի համար անհրաժեշտ է 200,000 դրամ: Երկրորդ խնդրանքս բանկի հետ է կապված: 2014թ. մորս առողջական խնդիրների պատճառով տան գրավադրմամբ մորս անունով վերցրել ենք վարկ 1,500,000 դրամ կամ 3700 ԱՄՆ դոլար: 2015 թվականին աշխատանք չունենալու պաճառով չեմ կարողացել վճարել բանկի 9 ամսվա պարտքը, որը կազմում է 900,000 դրամ: Բանկից զանգահարել և պայման են դրել, որ եթե 1 ամսվա ընթացքում չվճարենք պարտքը, ապա փաստաթղթերը կուղարկեն դատարան: Դիմել ենք Ստեփանակերտի գործարարների, պետական և մասնավոր գրեթե բոլոր հիմնարկներին, բայց չեն օգնում: Այս ընթացքում օգնել են միայն 35,000 դրամով: Դիմել ենք Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գրեթե բոլոր բարեգործական կազմակերպություններին, սակայն՝ անարդյունք: Մայրս չի աշխատում: Որպես զոհված զինծառայողի կին՝ նա ամսական ստանում է 15,000 դրամ սոցիալական օգնություն: Այս պահին տան միակ աշխատողը ես եմ և ստանում եմ 80,000 դրամ աշխատավարձ, որը բավարարում է միայն վարկի ամսավճարին: Կուտակված 900,000 դրամը, ցավոք, հնարավորություն չունեմ վճարելու:
