«Տաշիր» ընկերությունների խմբի նախագահ Սամվել Կարապետյանի հարաբերությունները բավական լարված են մնում ՀՀԿ-ական որոշ շրջանակների և Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հետ։ Մինչև վերջերս նրա հաշվարկն այն էր, որ Կարեն Կարապետյանի համար անհրաժեշտ աջակցություն կապահովվի և ՀՀԿ-ի ներսում՝ ԳՄ-ում նոր անձանց ներգրավումը կփոխի ուժերի նոր դասավորությունը հօգուտ Կարապետյանի, և Ծառուկյանը ոչ մի դեպքում չի վերադառնա քաղաքականություն ու Սերժ Սարգսյանին նույնիսկ անուղղակի աջակցելով՝ չի խանգարի Կարեն Կարապետյանին իր ծրագրերը իրագործել 2018-ից հետո։ Սակայն, ստեղծված նոր իրավիճակը խոսում է այն մասին, որ «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա»-ի, ՀԷՑ-ի տասնյակ հազարավոր նորագիր ՀՀԿ-ականները նույնիսկ չեն փրկում վիճակը, և վերջինիս քաղաքական ծրագրերը մնում են չիրագործված։ Այժմ, երբ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի քաղաքական ապագան անորոշ է, Սամվել Կարապետյանը ջանքերը կենտրոնացնելու է հետընտրական փուլում եղբոր՝ ԱԺ ՀՀԿ-ական պատգամավոր Կարեն Կարապետյանի ԱԺ նախագահ դառնալու ռուսական դաբրո ձեռք բերելու վրա»:
