Ակումբի զուգարանում ծննդաբերել է, սպանել նորածնին և վերադարձել խնջույքը շարունակելու

Օգոստոսի 27-ին լրատվական միջոցները հայտնել են Փենսիլվանիայի բնակչուհի 26 ամյա Ամանդա Քեթրին Հայնի ձերբակալության մասին, ով Starters Pub սպորտային ակումբի զուգարանում ծնել է երեխայի, այնուհետև խեղդել նրան և վերադարձել ընկերների մոտ շարունակելու նայել հեռուստացույցով հեռարձակվող ձեռնամարտը:

Երեխայի դիակը պլաստիկ պարկի մեջ հայտնաբերվել է հաջորդ օրը դռնապանի կողմից, ում կանչել էին խցանված զուգարանը սարքելու համար: Ավելի վաղ ակումբի հաճախորդները զուգարանում հայտնաբերել էին արյան հետքեր:

Պաթոլոգանատոմիական փորձաքննությունը հաստատել է, որ երեխան եղել է առողջ և մահը վրա է հասել խեղդելուց հետո: Նախօրեին Հեյնի նկատմամբ մեղադրանքներ է հարուցվել կանխամտածված սպանության համար: Համաձայն նահանգի օրենքների այդ հանցագործության համար նախատեսված է կախաղանի միջոցով մահապատիժ:

Հետաքննության ժամանակ կինը նշել է, որ իր հղիության մասին նա իմացել է այս տարվա մայիսին, սակայն ոչ մեկին այդ մասին չի պատմել: Նա նաև չի իմացել, թե երբ է ծնելու:
