Անվտանգության քարտուղարը պետությունից մեկ միլիարդ դոլար է գողացել. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Կիևի Սոլոմենսկի շրջանային դատարանի պարտադրանքով Ուկրաինայի Ազգային հակակոռուպցիոն բյուրոն կվերսկսի Ուկրաինայի Ազգային անվտանգության և պաշտպանության խորհրդի քարտուղար Ալեքսանդր Տուրչինովի գործով հետաքննությունը: Նա մեղադրվում է մոտ մեկ միլիարդ դոլար հափշտակելու մեջ:

Այս մասին հայտարարել է Ուկրաինայի գլխավոր դատախազի նախկին տեղակալ Ռենատ Կուզմինը:

«Հրապարակում եմ Կիևի Սոլոմենսկի շրջանային դատարանի որոշումը Ազգային հակակոռուպցիոն բյուրոյի (ԱՀԲ)՝ մեծ մասշտաբով յուրացումների գործով քրեական վարույթը դադարեցնելու մասին անօրինական որոշումը չեղարկելու վերաբերյալ:

Եվ չնայած դատարանն արդեն մի քանի ամիս է, ինչ թաքցնում է այս որոշումը, սակայն ստիպված էր տրամադրել ինձ այդ փաստաթղթի պատճենը»,– հայտարարել է Կուզմինը և որպես ապացույց հրապարակել փաստաթղթի կրկնօրինակը:

Ըստ նախկին դատախազի՝ Ազգային հակակոռուպցիոն բյուրոն փորձել է փակել Տուրչինովի՝ «Ռոդովիդ բանկից» ավելի քան 1 մլրդ դոլարի գողության և այդ «գողոնը օֆշորներում լվանալու» գործը: Իսկ բյուրոյի քարտուղարն անձամբ է լրատվամիջոցների ներկայացուցիչներին խնդրել չհանրայնացնել դատարանի որոշման մասին տեղեկատվությունը` նրանց ավանդաբար մեղադրելով Կրեմլի համար աշխատելու մեջ»:

«Ստիպված եմ բարձրաձայնել նաև այս փաստի մասին: Դատարանը ևս մեկ հայց կգրանցի Տուրչինովի դեմ: Այս անգամ արդեն լրագրողների մասնագիտական գործունեությանը անօրինական միջամտելու համար»,– հայտարարել է Կուզմինը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Տիմոշենկոյի «աջ ձեռքը» համարվող Ալեքսանդր Տուրչինովը Ուկրաինայի նախագահի պաշտոնակատարն էր Վիկտոր Յանուկովիչի տապալումից հետո:
