Երևանում 17-ամյա տղան սպանել է մոր անկողնում պառկած մերկ տղամարդուն

1in.am-ը գրում է.

Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի՝ Նոր Նորքի վարչական շրջանի տարածքում գտնվող մասնաշենքում Արմեն Վարդապետյանի նախագահությամբ սկսվեց Արշակ Գ.-ի (անունը փոխված է) գործի դատական քննությունը:

Արշակին մեղադրանք է առաջադրված դիտավորյալ սպանության համար՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104 հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:

Հանցավոր արարքի կատարման պահին Արշակը անչափահաս է եղել՝ 17 տարեկան: Դատարանում երիտասարդը հայտնեց, որ արդեն 18-ը բոլորել է:

Նախաքննության սկզբում որպես Արշակի օրինական ներկայացուցիչ՝ ներգրավվել էր նրա հայրը: Սակայն վերջինս ծանր հիվանդ է, այդ պատճառով նախաքննության ընթացքում որպես Արշակի օրինական ներկայացուցիչ՝ հանդես է եկել քաղաքապետարանի ներկայացուցիչը:

Արշակն ամուսնալուծված ծնողների զավակ է: Սակայն ի տարբերություն ընդունված կարգի՝ նա մնացել ու մեծացել է հոր մոտ, հայրն է զբաղվել երեխաների դաստիարակությամբ:

Արշակի մայրն ապրել է վարձակալությամբ՝ քաղաքի տարբեր մասերում, վարել է անկանոն կյանք, չարաշահել է ալկոհոլը…

Այնուամենայնիվ, հայրը չի արգելել Արշակի շփումը մոր հետ, Արշակը երբեմն այցելել է մայրիկին:

Դեպքի պահին վերջինս վարձակալությամբ ապրում էր Ջրվեժում:

Ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ 2017 թվականի ապրիլի 10-ին Արշակն այցելել է մորը, ասել է, թե ընկերների հետ է հանդիպելու: Նա մոր տանից վերցրել է հեռախոսի լիցքավորիչ: Մայրը, որդու դուրս գալուց առաջ, նրան բանալի է տվել ու առաջարկել է՝ եթե ուշ լինի, տղան քաղաքի մյուս ծայրը չհասնի, գա ու գիշերի իր տանը…

Ժամը 23-ի սահմաններում Արշակը եկել է մոր վարձակալած բնակարան, իր բանալիով բացել է դուռը…

17-ամյա տղան անակնկալի է եկել՝ մոր անկողնում տեսնելով մերկ տղամարդու, մորն էլ տեսնելով կիսամերկ…

Արշակը զայրացել է մոր վրա՝ տեսնելով, որ նա նաև անսթափ վիճակում է: Բնակարանում գտնվող տղամարդը՝ 35-ամյա Ա. Կ.-ն, իր հերթին սկսել է անպատվել Արշակին՝ մոր հետ կոպիտ խոսելու համար:

Արշակն ու Ա. Կ.-ն սկսել են հայհոյախոսել միմյանց հասցեին: Ա. Կ.-ն, ով ֆիզիկապես ուժեղ էր անչափահաս տղայից, ցանկացել է մոտենալ նրան: Արշակը հրել է: Ա.Կ.-ն վայր է ընկել՝ մեջքով ընկել է մոտակա լրագրասեղանին, որի վրա ապակե սկահակ կար: Սկահակը ջարդվել ու վնասել է տղամարդու մեջքը:

Նա ոտքի է կանգնել:

Շարունակվել է վեճը Արշակի ու Ա.Կ.-ի միջև: Վեճի ընթացքում Արշակը վերցրել է խոհանոցային դանակն ու մի քանի անգամ հարվածել է Ա. Կ.-ին՝ վնասելով թոքը, առաջացնելով արյունահոսություն:

Տեսնելով, որ Ա. Կ.-ն թուլացավ՝ Արշակը դուրս է եկել մոր տանից, ճանապարհին նետել է դանակը…

Այն, ինչ կատարվել է Արշակի հեռանալուց հետո՝ դժվարպատկերացնելի ու շատ ցավալի է:

Արշակի մայրը… սառը թրջոց է դրել դանակահարված տղամարդու վերքերի վրա՝ արյունահոսությունը դադարեցնելու նպատակով: Շտապօգնություն չի կանչվել: Պառկել են… քնելու…

Կինը քուն է մտել, իսկ երբ արթնացել է, տեսել է, որ տղամարդը արդեն մահացել է՝ «սառել է»:

Կինը սկսել է զանգահարել ծանոթներին, Ա.Կ.-ի մահվան մասին հայտնի է դարձել ապրիլի 11-ի երեկոյան…

Ըստ դատաբժշկական փորձաքննության եզրակացության՝ տուժողի մահը վրա է հասել արյան սուր կորստից՝ հեմոռագիկ ու տրավմատիկ շոկից…

Ա. Կ.-ի ծնողներն էլ որդու մահվան մասին իմացել են նրա մահից շատ ժամեր անց…
